Abstract

一种生物陶瓷人工椎体,包括由生物陶瓷材料构成的“U”形槽状构件(1)和起固定作用的脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板(2),脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板(2)为上下两端宽、中间部分窄的“工”字形或矩形结构,其上下两端有端位固定螺孔(3),其中间部有中部固定螺孔(4),中部固定螺孔(4)为纵向排列。该人工椎体用于修复人体椎体骨缺损,具有固定牢固,坚实,抗扭转能力强,能实现生物愈合,长期固定效果好,能有效地防止松动,明显提高功能康复质量,且能减少对放疗射线屏蔽等特点。

生物陶瓷人工椎体
技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗用品,特别是用于修复人体椎体骨缺损的人工椎体。
背景技术
目前,对于因脊柱病变,如肿瘤、外伤、畸形、结核等需行“椎体切除”的患者,手术重建修复椎体骨缺损的方法有三种:(1)自体髂骨块植入,有时结合钢板固定;(2)金属人工椎体,以钛合金材料为主;(3)骨水泥人工固定。对于脊柱肿瘤的患者,若肿瘤复发很容易吞蚀自体骨,造成脊柱失去平衡,矫形丢失。而“金属人工椎体”,对放疗的射线有屏蔽作用,严重影响术后综合治疗的效果,原位肿瘤复发率高;另外,长期应用金属“人工椎体”有疲劳断裂,松动的危险,而单纯采用骨水泥固定,填充骨缺损,时间长久易发生松动。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新的生物陶瓷人工椎体,使其具有能与正常椎骨形成生物愈合,固定牢固,持续时间长久,不易松动,同时又能减少对放疗射线的屏蔽,能提高综合治疗效果,降低原位肿瘤复发率,克服自体骨移植容易发生吞蚀的不足等特点。
本实用新型提供的这种生物陶瓷人工椎体包括由生物陶瓷材料构成的“U”形槽状构件1和起固定作用的脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板2,脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板2可为上下两端宽、中间部分窄的“工”字形结构,也可以为矩形结构;在脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板2的上下两端有端位固定螺孔3,在脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板2的中间部分有中部固定螺孔4,该中部固定螺孔4为纵向排列。
使用时将由生物陶瓷材料构成的“U”形槽状构件1置于椎体缺损部位,“U”形槽状构件1的开口朝向前方,在“U”形槽状构件1的槽中填入骨水泥,再将脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板2通过螺钉固定在“U”形槽状构件1的前面,即“U”形槽开口面,脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板2的上下两端分别固定在与“U”形槽状构件1相邻的两个健康椎体上,中间部分固定于“U”形槽状构件1,使“U”形槽状构件1与临近的健康椎体连为一体,形成坚固的制约性固定系统。
“U”形槽状构件1的制作材料有:(a)惰性生物陶瓷加表面生物涂层,如氧化铝陶瓷表面加羟基磷灰石涂层等;(b)表面活性生物陶瓷:表面活性玻璃,表面活性玻璃陶瓷,羟基磷灰石陶瓷。(c)吸收性生物陶瓷,钙磷酸盐陶瓷等。植入人体的生物陶瓷能与正常椎骨实现牢固的生物愈合,长期固定效果好。
本实用新型固定牢固,坚实,而且能实现生物愈合,长期固定效果好,能够满足长期植入体内的需要,能有效防止松动,明显提高功能康复质量;同时减少了对放疗射线屏蔽,提高了综合治疗效果,降低原位肿瘤复发率,提高生存率,延长生存期。由于本实用新型提供的生物陶瓷人工椎体采用了“U”形槽状构件1和与之配套的一面呈与脊柱前部相适应的弧形弯曲的脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板2,使其在满足与相临的健康椎体有较大的接触面积和能够牢固固定的同时,又能最大限度地防止其对周围组织结构的干扰,而且由于将构成该人工椎体主体的生物陶瓷构件设计成“U”形槽状结构,使该人工椎体能有效地吸收、减小、消除由脊柱扭转而产生的侧向应力,加之其与脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板2上的固定螺孔设计成纵向排列方式相配合,从而使其具有了较强的抗扭转功能;

具体实施方式
用羟基磷灰石陶瓷材料制成本实用新型的“U”形槽状构件由1,用锈钢材料制成本实用新型的脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板2,该脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板2为上下两端宽、中间部分狭窄的“工”字形结构,其上下两端各有两个端位固定螺孔3,分别位于上下两端的两侧边,两个中部固定螺孔4位于“工”字形结构的狭窄的中间部分,呈纵向排列,将脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板2以纵中轴为中心,使其两侧边向同一面呈与脊柱前部相适应的弧度弯曲,使其固定时能与脊柱前部形成紧密结合。使用时将“U”形槽状构件1置于椎体缺损部位,“U”形槽状构件1的开口朝向脊柱的前方,在“U”形槽状构件1的槽中填入骨水泥,再将脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板2的中间部以螺钉通过中部固定螺孔4固定在“U”形槽状构件1的前面,即“U”形槽开口面;脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板2的上下两端以螺钉通过上下两端端固定螺孔3分别固定在与“U”形槽状构件1相邻的上下两个健康椎体上,使“U”形槽状构件1与临近的健康椎体连为一体,形成坚固的制约性固定系统。

1.一种生物陶瓷人工椎体,其特征在于该生物陶瓷人工椎体包括由生物陶瓷材料构成的“U”形槽状构件(1)和起固定作用的脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物陶瓷人工椎体,其特征在于所说的起固定作用的脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板(2)为上下两端宽、中间部分窄的“工”字形结构,其上下两端有端位固定螺孔(3),其中间部有中部固定螺孔(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物陶瓷人工椎体,其特征在于所说的起固定作用的脊柱前路解剖型固定钢板(2)为矩形结构,其上下两端有端位固定螺孔(3),其中间部有中部固定螺孔(4)。
4.根据权利要求2、3所述的生物陶瓷人工椎体,其特征在于所说的中部固定螺孔(4)为纵向排列。
