                               技术领域
本实用新型属于水加热器领域,具体涉及一种带有水套筒和水管组的水加热器。
                               背景技术
中国专利ZL93227676.8公开了用来加热原油的水套炉。利用燃烧器(火筒)对水加热,热能经水传导给油盘管,从而对油盘管内的原油加热。其缺陷是热效率低仅77%左右。
                               发明内容
本实用新型提供一种能提高水套炉加热效率的带超导热管的水套炉。其技术方案是设计一种带超导热管的水套炉,包括火筒,其特征在于火筒进口段腔内上部设置径向穿过火筒壁的装有导热介质的超导热管。其火筒出口段腔内上部也设置径向穿过烟管壁的装有导热介质的超导热管。
其超导热管上设置散热翅片;其火筒上的超导热管为多根,呈扇形分布在火筒腔内上部。
本实用新型采用了装有导热介质的超导热管,而导热介质的比热较大,因而热效率高;能使热效率达到86%,与现有技术相比提高热效率9%左右,高效、节能。

                             具体实施方式
“U”形火筒进口段4和出口段5腔内上部设置多根呈扇形分布的穿过筒壁的装有导热介质的超导热管3,为提高散热效果导热管上设置散热翅片6。使用时,用天然气经火筒4加热,火筒壁与导热管3同时向水室里的水2传导热能,用于加热油盘管1。由于导热介质的比热较高,数百支超导热管的设置,大大提高了水套炉的热效率。适用于各种形式的水套炉。

1.一种带超导热管的水套炉,包括火筒,其特征在于火筒进口段腔内上部设置径向穿过火筒壁的装有导热介质的超导热管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带超导热管的水套炉,其特征在于火筒出口段腔内上部也设置径向穿过烟管壁的装有导热介质的超导热管。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带超导热管的水套炉,其特征在于超导热管上设置散热翅片。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的带超导热管的水套炉,其特征在于火筒上的超导热管为多根,呈扇形分布在火筒壁和/或烟管壁的上半部。
