Abstract

本实用新型属于保温复合板类。其包括板体,特征是该板体由不等径的空心颗粒球交错排列组成,各空心颗粒球间由发泡粘结剂粘接成一体结构。由于本实用新型的板体是空心颗粒球与发泡粘结剂有机结合的共同体,充分发挥了两种不同材料的绝热特性,在模拟的真空条件下实现材料阻隔热能散失,所以具有绝热性能好的优点。

拟真空颗粒复合板
本实用新型属于保温复合板类,具体是一种拟真空颗粒复合板。
现有技术的复合板多是等径的实心颗粒球构成,该种结构的复合板均存在一定的不足,单独的利用颗粒球虽绝热效果较好,但承压能力较差,发泡粘结剂虽承压能力较好,但绝热性能存在一定的局限性,空心颗粒球作为一种绝热性能更好的产品,怎样充分发挥其使用价值,成为技术人员亟待解决的问题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种绝热性能好的拟真空颗粒复合板。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
即一种拟真空颗粒复合板,包括板体,其特征在于该板体是由不等径的空心颗粒球交错排列组成,各空心颗粒球间由发泡粘结剂粘接成一体结构。
所述板体为方形或圆形结构且加工有通孔;该板体还可为两边构成的夹角为圆滑的弧形结构或为波浪形弯曲的弧形结构,所采用的粘结复合剂可采用保温特性比较好的发泡粘结剂。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,由于采用了多种不等径的空心颗粒球,并可使空心颗粒球与保温性能比较好的发泡粘结剂实现有机的结合,充分发挥两种不同材料的绝热特性,把材质内的传导热造成的若干局部热传导转换为局部热辐射,在空心颗粒球和发泡粘结剂之间降低其传导路径的截面积,在模拟的真空条件下实现材料阻隔热能散失,所以具有绝热性能好的优点。

如图1~4所示,本拟真空颗粒复合板,包括板体1,其特征在于该板体1是由不等径的空心颗粒球2、3及4交错排列组成,各空心颗粒球2、3及4间由发泡粘结剂粘5接成一体结构。
所述板体1为方形或圆形结构且加工有通孔6;该板体还可为两边构成的夹角为圆滑的弧形结构(如图3)或为波浪形弯曲的弧形结构(如图4),这几种空心颗粒球再通过发泡粘结剂5复合固化为一个整体,本实用新型也可根据实际需要加工成其他形状的结构,如圆柱形,球形或其他的异型结构。
在使用时,本实用新型的适用领域、使用方式象其他保温板材一样,按照正常的施工方式操作即可。

1、一种拟真空颗粒复合板,包括板体,其特征在于该板体是由不等径的空心颗粒球交错排列组成,各空心颗粒球间由发泡粘结剂粘接成一体结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的拟真空颗粒复合板,其特征在于板体为方形或圆形结构结构且设置有通孔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的拟真空颗粒复合板,其特征在于板体两边构成的夹角为圆滑的弧形结构。
4、根据权利要求1所述的拟真空颗粒复合板,其特征在于板体为波浪形弯曲的弧形结构。
