本实用新型涉及一种固体燃料气化炉,特别适用于褐煤转化为可燃气体供炊事之用,本实用新型由炉壳、炉衬、炉栅组成,炉衬下部至炉栅是周围绕有一个风环的氧化还原室,炉衬上部为燃气收集环,环上开有燃气出口,本实用新型结构简单、紧凑、氧化还原反应充分,热利用率较高,操作简便,特别适用于家庭、食堂及餐馆。

一种固体燃料气化炉
本实用新型涉及一种气化炉,特别适用于褐煤转化为可燃气体供炊事之用。
目前褐煤的利用主要是直接燃烧,不仅利用率极低,而且燃烧时放出的气体会造成大气污染,不利于节约能源及环境保护。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种提高褐煤利用率,减少气体排放,有利于节约能源及环境保护的固体燃料气化炉。
本实用新型的目的通过下列技术方案实现:本实用新型由炉壳、炉衬、炉栅组成,炉衬下部至炉栅是周围绕有一个风环的氧化还原室,炉衬上部为燃气收集环,燃气收集环上开有燃气出口。
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细描述。
附图为本实用新型结构示意图。
图中1为炉壳,为一金属材料制成的圆柱体;2为炉衬,炉衬上薄下厚,其空心处剖面为梯形;3为氧化还原室,为一锥形;4为绕氧化还原室一周的风环;5为风环上的进风口;6为灰箱;7为燃气收集环,由炉壳壁与锥形环8构成;燃气收集环上开有燃气出口9。
本实用新型采用风环与锥形氧化还原室设为一体,较好地实现了氧化还原反应,简化了炉子结构,本实用新型还采用的上排气方式较好地利用了气体余热对上部物料进行干燥,同时燃气的部分焦油和灰尘在通过物料时被吸附下来,燃气得到初步净化,由于燃气收集环采用锥形结构,燃气到达收集环冷凝时产生的水和焦油通过燃气收集环流出炉体外,避免了水分和焦油回流物料内,有效地减少了物料的含水率。本实用新型结构简单、紧凑,氧化还原反应充分,热利用  较高,操作简便,适用于家庭、食堂及餐馆。

1、一种固体燃料气化炉,由炉壳、炉衬、炉栅组成,其特征在于炉衬下部至炉栅是周围绕有一个风环的氧化还原室,炉衬上部为燃气收集环,燃气收集环上开有燃气出口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种固体燃料气化炉,其特征在于炉衬上薄下厚,其空心处剖面为梯形。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种固体燃料气化炉,其特征在于氧化还原室为锥形。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种固体燃料气化炉,其特征在于燃气收集环由炉壳壁与锥形环构成。
