Abstract
一种吸音、隔音复合板,用于噪音分贝数过高的场所。它是以聚合物混合纤维为原料,植物纤维为主体制成的,板的面层为麻状、或孔状结构,底层板为聚合物植物纤维板,中间为两板复合胶层。表面还喷有颜色的涂料层。该板吸音、隔音效果好,强度高,是一致无污染的环保产品。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种吸音、隔音复合板，用于噪音分贝数过高的场所。
背景技术
目前，我国在吸音材料中多使用岩棉、玻璃棉等超细棉。这些材料施工繁琐、污染环境、危害身体健康，同时板材的长期使用常出现蹋腰变形。另一种是使用石膏板。由于石膏本身在吸音材料效果差，该材料易破碎、返潮易变形，不利于运输，这些产品成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种吸音、隔音复合板，克服上述的缺陷，实现吸音、隔音效果好，强度高，为无污染的环保产品。
本实用新型的吸音、隔音复合板，它是以聚合物混合纤维为原料，植物纤维为主体制成的，复合板的面层为麻、孔结构，底层板为聚合物植物纤维维板，中间为两板复合胶层，表面还喷有颜色的涂料层。
该吸音、隔音复合板有以下优点；
1，吸音、隔音、保温、阻燃功能兼顾。
2，强度高不易变形，利于长途运输。
3，施工简捷，省工，省料、节省资金。
4，物毒、无害、无污染是利想环保材料。

实施例说明
本实用新型的吸音、隔音复合板，它是以聚合物混合纤维为原料，植物纤维为主体制成的，板呈正方形和不同规格的有规则形体。该板的面层2为麻状、或孔状结构，如图1所示的面层2上有孔1，图2的面层为麻状1′。底层4为聚合物植物纤维板，中间为两板复合胶层3。在面层的2表面还喷有颜色的涂料层。
由于该吸音、隔音复合板是由聚合物植物纤维制成的，它符合热工声学性能的，用于噪音分贝数过高的场所。它的表面层可直接附在建筑物的主体上，与建筑物形成后腔，达到吸音、隔音的效果。其工艺简单，省工省时，节余资金。

该复合板的面层为麻状或孔状结构，底层为聚合物植物纤维维板，中间为两板复合胶层。
