本实用新型涉及一种吸尘器,特别是一种以压缩空气为动力的,适于工业使用的便携式真空吸尘器。
背景技术中,工业使用的吸尘器有电力驱动吸尘器和以压缩空气为动力的吸尘器。中国专利CN2308338Y说明书中所介绍的气动真空吸尘器的技术方案是:吸尘器为桶形,桶盖上设有吸尘口,桶盖上还设压缩空气进口和出口,压缩空气自进口进入后,经气流方向转换器喷出,再通过水平设置的机翼形增压棒在集尘桶内形成真空,进而在吸尘口产生负压,达到吸尘的目的。但它存在这样的问题:一是压缩空气的控制阀设在集尘桶上,操集作不便;二是真空区和集尘区共用一个空间,灰尘易从排气口排出,造成二次污染;三是增压棒制造困难;四是外形较大,不宜便携。
本实用新型的目的就是提出一种以压缩空气为动力的便携式真空吸尘器的技术方案,从而解决了背景技术所存在的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种以压缩空气为动力的便携式真空吸尘器,其特征在于收尘桶(6)中间设收尘管(10),收尘管(10)与真空发生器喷射体(4)后端插接并由锁紧螺母(5)锁紧,位于枪体(1)后部空腔的真空发生器喷射体(4)前端,与外表面开有环形凹槽的中空圆柱形的储气体(2)及真空发生器本体(3)接合,枪把上设与进气通道p接通的控制阀(11),枪管上设吸尘口a、通道b,储气体与真空发生器本体之间设气体缓冲区c,真空发生器本体上设本体气体加速通道d,真空发生器喷射体(4)前端依次为真空区e和喷射气体加速通道f,收尘桶底部为排污口g,收尘管(10)内腔为吸入物进口h,储气体(2)的空腔为储气体通道k。其中,带有排污盖(9)和缓冲装置(8)的收尘桶(6)上设有带空气过滤器(7)的出口。
本实用新型与已有技术比较所具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,压缩空气经进气通道p到达气体缓冲区c,然后进入本体,经加速后以超音速通过喷射体后进一步增速,从而在e区形成高真空,进而在吸尘口形成高负压。吸入物在高负压的作用下,由吸尘口a经枪体通道b、储气体通道k进入真空区e,因惯性作用吸入物进入喷射体4,再在高速气流的作用下通过收尘管10进入收尘桶6,携带吸入物的高速气流进入收尘桶后体积急剧膨胀,并在缓冲装置8的反射作用下,使高速气流向四周散射,减少反射气流对加速通道中高速气流的反作用,使其速度骤然下降,并与吸入物分离,经空气过滤器后排入大气。这样使控制阀操作方便,防止二次污染,制作方便且外形小易于携带。

实施例:参考图1,一种以压缩空气为动力的便携式真空吸尘器,带有排污盖(9)和缓冲装置(8)的收尘桶(6)上设有带空气过滤器(7)的出口,收尘桶(6)中间设收尘管(10),收尘管(10)与真空发生器喷射体(4)后端插接并由锁紧螺母(5)锁紧,位于枪体(1)后部空腔的真空发生器喷射体(4)前端,与外表面开有环形凹槽的中空圆柱形的储气体(2)及真空发生器本体(3)接合,枪把上设与进气通道p接通的控制阀(11),枪管上设吸尘口a、通道b,储气体与真空发生器本体之间设气体缓冲区c,真空发生器本体上设本体气体加速通道d,真空发生器喷射体(4)前端依次为真空区e和喷射气体加速通道f,缓冲装置(8)前面为排污口g,收尘管(10)内腔为吸入物进口h,储气体(2)的空腔为储气体通道k,则本实用新型的技术方案实施完毕。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种以压缩空气为动力的便携式真空吸尘器,其特征在于带有排污盖(9)和缓冲装置(8)的收尘桶(6)上设有带空气过滤器(7)的出口。
