Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种具有保险开关的打火机,特别适合以磨擦火石为点火方式的机械打火机应用,它主要由贮气罐1、防风罩2、打火磨轮3、转轴4、内棘轮5、棘爪6及保险护罩7组成,与现有技术相比,具有能防止误操作、安全性好、使用舒适、不损伤手指的等优点,而且不会影响原有的使用性能。

一种具有保险开关的打火机
本实用新型涉及一种具有保险开关的打火机，特别适合以磨擦火石为点火方式的机械打火机应用。
目前，机械打火机的使用非常普遍，它具有结构简单、操作可靠、点火成功率高以及成本低廉等特点。但是，它也具有不足之处，就是安全性不高，儿童在玩弄时可以轻易地操作点火，容易造成火灾；此外，由于这种打火机是通过操作者的手指直接拨转打火磨轮磨擦火石点火，容易弄脏及损伤手指，影响了操作者的正常使用。
本实用新型的目的，是提供一种带保险开关的打火机，它能克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样实现的：它具有内棘轮、棘爪和保险护罩，其中，内棘轮的内腔为内齿圈结构，棘爪呈S状，上有两个凸起的圆柱体，棘爪的中心有一轴孔，保险护罩为半圆罩双脚开口状，上有两个小孔， 内棘轮与打火磨轮并排固定在转轴上，棘爪的轴孔穿进转轴，使棘爪处于内棘轮的内齿圈内，棘爪的两端爪尖与内棘轮的棘齿构成棘轮单向传动机构，保险护罩罩在打火磨轮、内棘轮及棘爪外，保险护罩的双脚开口卡在转轴的两端，其两个小孔与棘爪上的两个圆柱体套接，转轴安装在防风罩上。
本实用新型通过内棘轮、棘爪、保险护罩与打火磨轮的配合，达到具有保险开关作用的目的，与现有技术相比，具有能防止误操作、安全性好、使用舒适、不损伤手指的等优点，而且不会影响原有的使用性能。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。

如图1所示，本实用新型主要具有贮气罐1、防风罩2、打火磨轮3、转轴4、内棘轮5、棘爪6及保险护罩7，其中，内棘轮5的内腔为内齿圈结构，棘爪6呈S状，上有两个凸起的圆柱体6A，棘爪6的中心有一轴孔，保险护罩7为半圆罩双脚开口状，上有两个小孔，内棘轮5与打火磨轮3并排固定在转轴上4，棘爪6的轴孔穿进转轴4，使棘爪6处于内棘轮5的内齿圈内，棘爪6的两端爪尖与内棘轮5的棘齿构成棘轮单向传动机构，保险护罩7罩在打火磨轮3、内棘轮5及棘爪6外，保险护罩7的双脚开口卡在转轴4的两端，其两个小孔与棘爪6上的两个圆柱体6A套接，转轴4安装在防风罩2上。
使用时，只要把保险护罩7向上拨起，然后用手指按住保险护罩7并向下拨，就可以使保险护罩7向下转，带动棘爪6跟着转动，棘爪6的爪尖也拨动内棘轮5转动，从而使转轴4带动打火磨轮3转动，磨擦火石8产生火花，达到点火的目的。

1、一种具有保险开关的打火机，具有贮气罐1、防风罩2、打火磨轮3、转轴4，其特征是具有内棘轮5、棘爪6及保险护罩7，其中，内棘轮5的内腔为内齿圈结构，棘爪6呈S状，上有两个凸起的圆柱体6A，棘爪6的中心有一轴孔，保险护罩7为半圆罩双脚开口状，上有两个小孔，内棘轮5与打火磨轮3并排固定在转轴上4，棘爪6的轴孔穿进转轴4，使棘爪6处于内棘轮5的内齿圈内，棘爪6的两端爪尖与内棘轮5的棘齿构成棘轮单向传动机构，保险护罩7罩在打火磨轮3、内棘轮5及棘爪6外，保险护罩7的双脚开口卡在转轴4的两端，其两个小孔与棘爪6上的两个圆柱体6A套接，转轴4安装在防风罩2上。
