Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种碳纤维电加热输油管,解决了目前输油管线始点温度过高、轻质油挥发多以及热效率低和沿线热量损耗过大等问题,其特点是采用碳纤维线进行加热,碳纤维线内有硅脂胶层、外有绝缘防水胶层、聚胺酯保温层和聚乙烯防腐层,本实用新型具有热效率高和一次性投资少等优点,使用本实用新型输油,全程温度均匀,可以适当降低输送温度,减少轻质油挥发,使用自动控制替代人工操作,准确度高,降低了运行费用。

碳纤维电加热输油管
本实用新型涉及一种油田用输油管线,属于碳纤维电加热输油管。
目前,油田输油均采用加热输油,加热主要有两种方式,一种是采用井口原油加热器,这种方式由于是一次性加热,当管线距离较远时,管内油的温度会逐渐下降,从而不易流动,这就需要在管线之间安装多个加热器,造成成本上升,同时,管内各处温度不均匀,影响输油效率,原油入口温度过高,易造成轻质油挥发,带来损失;另一种方式是采用掺水工艺,由一条热水管线提供热水与井口产液混合,利用水的热量把油带走,其弊端是:始点温度过高,轻质油挥发较多,热量转换效率低,沿线热量损失大,又需多建一条供水管线,一次性投资大。到目前为止,还未见到一种理想的输油管线。
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术的不足而提供一种加热效率高、沿线热量损失少而成本又低的碳纤维电加热输油管线。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:该种碳纤维电加热输油管,由金属管和碳纤维线组成,其特点是:金属管外壁上均匀涂有硅脂胶层后再螺旋缠绕有碳纤维线,碳纤维线缠绕后的管线外壁上依次均匀包裹绝缘防水胶层和保温层,在两层之间装有电缆,保温层外表面包有防腐层,电缆两端设有电缆插口,相邻两根管的电缆插口之间以带有电缆插头的连接电缆相连,金属管两端设有管线接口,前述的碳纤维电加热输油管,保温层为聚胺脂保温层,防腐层为聚乙烯防腐层。
本实用新型相比于现有技术具有如下优点:由于采用碳纤维线对管线全程加热,节省了供水管线,因而一次性投资少,管线热效率高,且全程温度均匀,可以适当降低输送温度,减少轻质油挥发,使用自动控制替代人工操作,准确度高,简化了工艺流程,降低了运行费用。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:由附图1结合附图2所示,该种碳纤维电加热输油管,由金属管9和碳纤维线6组成,其特点是:金属管9外壁上均匀涂有硅脂胶层2后再螺旋缠绕有碳纤维线6,碳纤维线6缠绕后的管线外壁上依次均匀包裹绝缘防水胶层3和保温层4,在两层之间装有电缆7,保温层4外表面包有防腐层5,电缆7两端设有电缆插口8,相邻两根管的电缆插口8之间以带有电缆插头的连接电缆10相连,金属管9两端设有管线接口1。保温层4为聚胺脂保温层,防腐层5为聚乙烯防腐层。

1.碳纤维电加热输油管,由金属管(9)和碳纤维线(6)组成,其特征在于:金属管(9)外壁上均匀涂有硅脂胶层(2)后再螺旋缠绕有碳纤维线(6),碳纤维线(6)缠绕后的管线外壁上依次均匀包裹绝缘防水胶层(3)和保温层(4),在两层之间装有电缆(7),保温层(4)外表面包有防腐层(5),电缆(7)两端设有电缆插口(8),相邻两根管的电缆插口(8)之间以带有电缆插头的连接电缆(10)相连,金属管(9)两端设有管线接口(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维电加热输油管,其特征在于:保温层(4)为聚胺脂保温层,防腐层(5)为聚乙烯防腐层。
