本实用新型涉及一种空调扇风道的结构改进。
空调扇因结构简单、成本低、耗电量小,不需固定安装、可随意移动、使用方便、无空调病之忧等优点,已越来越受到人们的青睐,但由于现有的空调扇风道都采用普通的适宜于安装贯流风轮的风道结构,因而空调扇的风量较小,降温效果不显著。
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷而提供一种可增大空调扇风量的空调扇风道。
本实用新型的发明目的通过如下技术方案实现:该空调扇风道,包括相互连接的基座和罩壳,所述的罩壳呈螺旋式结构,该罩壳与基座连接后构成可供安装离心风轮的螺旋式内腔,罩壳上设有进风口,而基座上设有风轮安装轴孔和出风口。
本实用新型通过采用螺旋式风道结构,可使风量增大,使空调扇的降温效果明显提高,同时还可降低空调扇的噪音。

如图1-3所示,本空调扇风道由一基座1和罩壳2组成,其中基座1和罩壳2均为整体式结构,基座1和罩壳2上分别设有相互连接的连接凸柱6和安装孔7,而基座1上还设有与空调扇外壳连接的连接凸柱、以及用来安装离心风轮的安装轴孔3和风道出风口5。罩壳2呈螺旋式结构,它跟基座1用螺钉连接,在基座风轮轴孔3的正上方设有进风口4,基座1和罩壳2连接后构成一螺旋式内腔,离心风轮安装在该腔内。

1.一种空调扇风道,包括相互连接的基座(1)和罩壳(2),其特征在于:所述的罩壳(2)呈螺旋式结构,该罩壳(2)与基座(1)连接后构成可供安装离心风轮的螺旋式内腔,罩壳(2)上设有进风口(4),而基座(1)上设有风轮安装轴孔(3)和出风口(5)。
