本实用新型涉及一种食用菌制种设备,具体是指摇瓶机。
传统使用的摇瓶机都是通过减速机来实现摇床的摇动,所以设备价格昂贵,噪音大,耗能多。
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有摇瓶机的问题而提供一种摇瓶机。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:
这种机械是由电机、偏心轴、摇床、轴承、轴承座、皮带轮组成。具体结构是电机(3)通过小皮带轮(2)和大皮带轮(1)带动偏心轴(4),偏心轴两端通过轴承(5)固定在轴承座(7)里,其中下端轴承座固定在支架(12)上,上端轴承座与摇床(9)连接在一起,摇床与支架之间连接三角带(10)。
本实用新型的目的还可以通过以下措施来达到:
偏心轴的偏心距是20-30mm。
轴承是圆锥滚子轴承。
