本实用新型公开了一种压差换气摇式生物反应器,它是由U型双颈口瓶、转轮、拉杆、水槽、水浮式支架组成,转轮作圆周运动拉动拉杆作往复运动,拉杆往复运动拉动固定在水浮支架上的U型双颈口瓶作长轴方向往复摇摆、瓶内的液体流集到一端瓶颈时压出该瓶颈段气体,而另一端由于液体移位空间变大呈负压从该段瓶颈口吸入含氧空气满足了生物培养供氧和排废气的需要。

压差换气摇式生物反应器
本实用新型涉及一种摇式换气生物反应器,特别是压差换气摇式生物反应器。
现有的生物培养摇床是将培养液和菌种装在三角瓶中置放在摇摆运动的工作台上,沿椭园轨迹运动摇摆,瓶内的培养液随三角瓶运动形成流体运动,运动的流体形成较大的液体表面与空气有较大的界面,以达到与空气混合、增加溶氧率的目的为生物培养提供所需氧,同时生物培养产生的二氧化碳等废气产物也随着与空气混合、分离逸出、从三角瓶口排出。氧气、废气的置换都是经三角瓶瓶口。由三角瓶内的培养液是随摇床的椭园轨迹运动,液体的流型几何体积没有明显变化,瓶内与瓶外的气压差非常微小,瓶内外的气体置换很难实现,因此生物代谢的二氧化碳的排出和所需的氧的供给都很难满足要求。
本实用新型是要提供一种瓶内外压差换气摇式生物反应器,当摇式运动时瓶内的液体不但几何流型发生变化、流体的空间位置也发生变化、瓶内与瓶外形成正、负交变压差、强制瓶内外气体发生置换,瓶内正压作用,使生物代谢产生的二氧化碳等废气及时排出、又因负压作用强迫吸入瓶外的空气、改善瓶内的培养液有较好的供氧。
本实用新型是这样实现的,将U型双颈口瓶盛装培养液、置放在水浮支架上,水浮支架由拉杆与转轮连接,当转轮旋转时拉动拉杆作往复运动,拉杆拉动水浮支架作往复运动、U型双颈口瓶沿长轴方向摇摆,瓶内的液体沿长轴方向往复运动,瓶内液体集向一端时,该瓶颈段气体被液体压缩、压力上升并压出瓶外,相反瓶另端液体被移走瓶内占空体积减少形成负压从颈口吸入瓶外空气、如此交变以达到置换出瓶内的二氧化碳等废气、吸入瓶外含氧空气。
由于水浮支架浮在水中,调节入水水温可以满足生物培养的温度要求。
转轮由电机驱动、摇摆频率可以通过调节电机转速来实现。

结合附图U型双颈口瓶(1)由水浮支架(8)固定浸浮在水槽(7)的水中,当转轮(3)旋转作园周运动时带动拉杆(4)作往复运动,拉杆(4)往复运动拉动水浮支架(8)作往复摇摆,固定在水浮支架(8)上的U型双颈口瓶(1)内的培养液沿瓶的长轴方向往复流动,当流集至U型双颈口瓶(1)一端,该端颈腔空气被加压,与瓶外产生压差、该腔内气体被压出,U型双颈口瓶(1)的另端由于液体移位空间迅速变大而形成负压吸入瓶外空气,如此交变、循坏实现排出二氧化碳,吸入含氧空气以满足生物培养的需要,当需要调节水(2)的温度时从入水口(5)送热水或送冷水、水位由溢出口(6)限位。

1、一种压差换气摇式生物反应器,它是由U型双颈口瓶(1)、转轮(3)、拉杆(4)、水槽(7)、水浮支架(8)组成其特征是,U型双颈口瓶(1)由水浮支架(8)固定连接转轮(3)拉动的拉杆(4)。
2、按权利要求1所述的压差换气摇式生物反应器其特征是U型双颈口瓶(1)有两个带口的瓶颈。
