本实用新型公开了一种无流体压缩生物反应器,它是由釜、减速机、推力桨、导流桶、空气喷射器,磁力传动轮,梳状打泡器组成。空气喷射器喷射的空气动力与推力桨的推力组成合力把培养液上推,使液体与空气不产生压缩、不导致流体密度、表面张力增加从而提高空气与液体混合效果、提高溶氧参数和增加二氧化碳的逸出。

无流体压缩搅拌生物反应器
本实用新型涉及一种机械搅拌生物反应器,特别是无流体压缩搅拌生物反应器。
现有的机械搅拌生物反应器为了使空气与发酵液能较好混合,主要采用螺旋浆搅拌器,涡旋搅拌器这类搅拌器搅拌时对液体作压缩功,压推发酵液沿釜壁作旋流运动,为了避免旋涡型流型流体不利与空气混合,一般都在釜壁四周安装档板,使旋流至档板时产生激烈翻动,以增加与空气混合的目的,但是流体速度愈高,液体表面张力愈大,流速愈高液体密度愈大,液体密度越大与空气混合效果越差,实验还证明,气相液相界面分子间距离越大,表面张力越小,相间吸附量越大,气液混合效果越好。与此同时生物培养时一方面需要呼吸消耗氧,另一面需要释放出二氧化碳等代谢产物,这些代谢物只有通过与空气混合后从液体中逸出的气体带走,否则就存在生物中毒因素,气体逸出率与气液相密度,表面张力有直接关系,密度越大逸出率越低。
本实用新型是要提供一种无流体压缩搅拌生物反应器,它是利用压缩空气进气压与推力搅拌器协同作功,使两者作功都为同向性,即压缩空气从釜底朝上喷射,喷入一个导流桶内,推力搅拌器在导流桶内同向推升液体,气液两相在导流桶内混合、上升,此过程不产生液相,或液相对气相压缩,液相气相分子间距离相对较大,有利于液相对气相吸附,从而提高气液混合,也就提高了溶氧率,当气液混合液上升至导流桶顶口,液体因自重降落在导流桶外下行,而气体因比重轻而分离、液体降至釜底进入再循环,气体上升至釜顶,在排气口排出,生物代谢二氧化碳等废气也被带出。
本实用新型还提供了一种磁力传动梳状打泡器,当生物反应形成大量泡沫时,无需采用加入油脂类消泡剂方法消泡,只需启动梳状打泡器即可迅速将泡沫打碎、避免了油脂类物质加入发酵液中对生物代谢的干挠。

参照附图;压缩空气经供气管(7)进入半球型喇叭口(8b)空气挡板(8a)组成的空气喷射器(8),环型空气喷射口(8c)朝上向导流桶(4)桶内喷射,启动减速机(1)驱动上推推力浆(3)、把液体上推上行至导流桶(4)顶口处,因推力消失重力作用液体在导流桶(4)桶外下行,气体比重轻上升而发生气液分离、上升的气体从釜(5)顶排气口(12)排出,带走二氧化碳及废气、液体又降至釜(5)底处,又被喷射空气和推力浆(3)的推力作用使之上行,如此循环,达到生物培养过程中所需要的氧和排走二氧化碳及废气。
当发酵液形成大量泡沫进启动梳状打泡器(9)的驱动电机(11)带动磁力传动轮(10)啮合梳状打泡器(9)的从动轮(2)、使梳状打泡器(9)作高速园周运动将泡沫打碎。
底轴承(6)支承推力浆(3)的轴。

3、根据权利要求1所述的无流体压缩生物反应器其特征是连接梳状打泡器(9)的从动轮(2)与磁力传动轮(10)啮合。
