一种快装防冻压力检测装置
本实用新型涉及一种压力检测装置，特别是一种快装防冻压力检测装置。
目前一般压力仪表在检测时水进入压力表，但是北方冬季的时节在野外使用时会由于气温极低而将压力表冻坏，特别在油田问题就更突出。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种快装防冻的压力检测装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是设计一种快装防冻压力检测装置，包括压力表、阀体，其特征是：压力表下有隔离装置，隔离装置内有导压顶杆，导压顶杆上有隔膜，导压顶杆内有导管，导管内有硅油，导压顶杆内的导管接压力表，隔离装置下有螺纹口连接阀体，阀体上端有孔，孔内侧有密封圈，孔下接阀腔，阀腔内有阀芯，阀芯上端有密封圈，阀芯与孔配合，阀芯外套有密封弹簧，阀体下接管道。
本实用新型的优点是能使压力检测装置快装防冻。

图中包括压力表1、阀体2，其特征是：压力表1下有隔离装置3，隔离装置3内有导压顶杆4，导压顶杆4上有隔膜5，导压顶杆4内有导管6，导管6内有硅油7，导压顶杆4内的导管6接压力表1，隔离装置3下有螺纹口8连接阀体2，阀体2上端有孔8，孔8内侧有密封圈9，孔8下接阀腔10，阀腔10内有阀芯11，阀芯11上端有密封圈12，阀芯11与孔8配合，阀芯11外套有密封弹簧13，阀体2下接管道。使用时将隔离装置3旋拧在阀体2上，导压顶杆4将阀芯11压下，密封弹簧13被压缩，管道内的水流入孔8处，对导压顶杆4上隔膜5产生一压力，压力由导压顶杆4内的导管6中的硅油7传递给压力表1，检测完毕后拧下隔离装置3，密封弹簧13回弹将阀芯11顶在孔8上，密封圈12将管道内的水密闭。

  1. 一种快装防冻压力检测装置，包括压力表、阀体，其特征是：压力表下有隔离装置，隔离装置内有导压顶杆，导压顶杆上有隔膜，导压顶杆内有导管，导管内有硅油，导压顶杆内的导管接压力表，隔离装置下有螺纹口连接阀体，阀体上端有孔，孔内侧有密封圈，孔下接阀腔，阀腔内有阀芯，阀芯上端有密封圈，阀芯与孔配合，阀芯外套有密封弹簧，阀体下接管道。
