Description

双向隐藏式自动闭门器
本实用新型涉及的是一种建筑五金产品的发明，特别涉及的是一种隐藏式闭门器，具体涉及的是一种双向隐藏式自动闭门器的改进发明。
在现有技术中，闭门器均为外露式安装，外部可见，这样在某种场合下不够雅观，也有隐藏式的闭门器，但都是单向式的，即左右门得分别制造，这样就给厂家组织生产带来困难，同时也给客户带来经济上不必要的开支。
鉴于公知技术中存在的问题，本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种结构科学合理，使用方便，节省开支，能起到防盗、防火作用的双向隐藏式自动闭门器。
本实用新型是以如下方式完成的：该双向隐藏式自动闭门器包括有壳体、安装板、摇臂和道轨，其特征在于壳体上设有调速阀；壳体的垂直孔内设有齿轴；齿轴的圆周上设有圆周齿；壳体的水平孔内设有齿筒；并设有弹簧；所述齿筒上设有与圆周齿相啮合的齿条；所述摇臂与齿轴的一端连接；摇臂的一端设有滚子销和滚子；道轨上设有停位器；摇臂一端的滚子沿道轨移动；壳体的上下两面各设有两只调速阀。
这种双向隐藏式自动闭门器特别适用于高级宾馆和写字楼，而且能自动关闭，操作方便，外形美观，按照本实用新型设计主题所制作的双向隐藏式自动闭门器，必将给社会带来积极的使用效果。
本实用新型有如下附图：

附图表示了本实用新型的结构及其实施例，下面再进一步描述本实用新型的有关细节及工作原理，本实用新型包括有壳体1、安装板25、摇臂19和道轨10，壳体1的垂直孔内设有齿轴2，齿轴2的圆周上设有圆周齿，齿轴2两端分别由轴承座17和轴承16支承，所述壳体1的水平孔内设有齿筒7，齿筒7上设有与圆周齿相啮合的齿条，齿筒7的一端由压缩弹簧20顶在壳体1的后端盖23上，壳体的上下两面设有均设有两只调速阀8，调速阀8用以控制壳体1上油路的通油量，并可供双向使用，整个壳体1内贮满液压油，并在轴承座17、后端盖23、调速阀8及前端盖4处均用规格不同的“O”形密封圈3、9、14、18密封，保证液压油不外泄，壳体1的顶面用螺钉24装有安装板25，安装板25是用来将闭门器壳体1安装在门上用的，在安装板25中间的齿轴2的轴头上装有摇臂19，摇臂19通过螺钉(图中未示出)、垫圈(图中未示出)压紧在齿轴2的轴头上，随齿轴2一起转动，摇臂19的另一端设有滚子销21和滚子22，滚子22可以沿道轨10移动，道轨10上设有停位器11，停位器11可用螺钉13固定在所需的八个不同位置上。
使用时将门的顶部挖一个相应的槽，将壳体1连同安装板25装在此槽中，用螺钉固定，在上门框的下平面挖一个长槽，将道轨10装入槽中，并按需要安装上停位器11，将摇臂19的一端套在齿轴2的轴头上，并用螺钉装紧，另一端的滚子22插入道轨10内，摇臂19的安装方向应基本上与安装板25平行，此时由于事先设计的齿轴2与齿筒7的特定角度，压缩弹簧20，弹簧20经过齿筒7、齿轴2、摇臂19、滚子22作用在道轨20上，保持门处在关闭状态；当门打开时，齿轴2转动，同时齿条带动齿筒7压缩弹簧20，在弹簧一侧的液压油通过安装在齿筒7内的单向阀门5和过滤网6流向齿筒7的前端，当开门的力量消失时，压缩弹簧20弹开，推动齿筒7回位，齿筒7通过齿条推动齿轴2、摇臂19回位，使门关闭，在回位时，齿筒7前端的液压油不能通过齿筒7内的单向阀门5流向弹簧20的一侧，而只能通过壳体1内的油道流向弹簧的一侧，油道上装有调速阀8，可通过控制液压油流量来实现控制门的速度。打开门时，滚子22将在道轨10上滑动，，当滚子销21滑至停位器11的位置时，被停位器11卡住，此时门便停在次所设定的角度上，调整停位器11的位置可得到八种不同的停门角度(85°—130°)，在需要解除停位时，只要人为地把门关闭一个小角度，使滚子销22脱离停位器11后门即会自行关闭。
在左手门换向右手门安装时，只要松开螺钉24，取下安装，换装在壳体1的另一面即可。

1、一种双向隐藏式自动闭门器，包括有壳体(1)、安装板(25)、摇臂(19)和道轨(10)，其特征在于所述壳体(1)上设有调速阀(8)，所述壳体(1)的垂直孔内设有齿轴(2)，齿轴(2)的圆周上设有圆周齿，在所述壳体(1)的水平孔内设有齿筒(7)和弹簧(20)，所述齿筒(7)上设有齿条，所述齿条与所述圆周齿相啮合，并在齿筒(7)内设有单向阀(5)和过滤网(6)，所述摇臂(19)与齿轴(2)的一端连接，所述摇臂(19)的一端设有滚子销(21)和滚子(22)，所述道轨(10)上设有停位器(11)。
2、如权利要求1所述的双向隐藏式自动闭门器，其特征在于摇臂(19)另一端的滚子(22)沿道轨(10)移动。
3、如权利要求1所述的双向隐藏式自动闭门器，其特征在于所述壳体(1)的上下两面各设有两只调速阀(8)。
