Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种三层共挤黑白膜,主要特征是由上层、中层、内层三层结构组合而成。其中,上层为线性聚乙稀和低密度聚乙稀的混合物,中层为高密度聚乙稀和线性聚乙稀和钛白粉的混合物,内层为低密度聚乙稀和线性聚乙稀和碳黑粉的混合物。该膜具有闭光、保鲜、柔韧性好的特点,尤其具备了液体包装所需的最佳特征。

Description

三层共挤黑白膜
本实用新型涉及一种塑料薄膜的结构，具体地说是一种包装用的尤其做为液体软包装用的黑白膜。
目前市场普遍使用的包装膜不具备闭光保鲜性能，且多向拉力不够，造成被包装物受损变质，包装易撕裂等缺陷。
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在不足之处，而提供的一种新型能闭光、保鲜的由不同结构材料组成的三层共挤黑白膜。
本实用新型的目的是采取以下措施实现的：
该膜由上层、中层、内层三层不同结构材料组成。上层为20-80％的线性聚乙稀和80-20％的低密度聚乙稀的混合物。中层为50-90％的高密度聚乙稀和20-50％的线性聚乙稀和5-30％钛白粉的混合物。内层为30-80％的低密度聚乙稀和30-80％的线性聚乙稀和1-10％碳黑粉的混合物。包装膜的厚度为0.02-0.15mm。包装膜由闭光、遮光、保鲜结构材料组成包装膜外观呈黑、白各具一面的液体包装膜。

本实用新型将三层不同结构的薄膜用挤压工艺同时挤出完成，其中内层3为黑色，中层2为白色，黑白膜的厚度为0.02-0.15mm。
本实用新型的优点是：闭光、保鲜、柔韧性好，尤其具备了液体包装所需的最佳特点，是新型的理想的液体软包装膜。

Claims (6)

1、一种三层共挤黑白膜，其特征在于：该膜由上层(1)、中层(2)、内层(3)三层不同结构材料组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的三层共挤黑白膜，其特征在于：上层(1)为20-80％的线性聚乙稀和80-20％的低密度聚乙稀的混合物。
3、根据权利要求1所述的三层共挤黑白膜，其特征在于：中层(2)为50-90％的高密度聚乙稀和20-50％的线性聚乙稀和5-30％钛白粉的混合物。
4、根据权利要求1所述的三层共挤黑白膜，其特征在于：内层(3)为30-80％的低密度聚乙稀和30-80％的线性聚乙稀和1-10％碳黑粉的混合物。
5、根据权利要求1所述的三层共挤黑白膜，其特征在于：该膜的厚度为0.02-0.15mm。
6、根据权利要求1、3、4所述的三层共挤黑白膜，其特征在于：该膜外观呈黑、白各具一面的液体包装膜。
