Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种折叠自行车的扣紧装置,主要解决现有技术安装不方便,成本较高,使用不方便的问题。本实用新型所述折叠自行车的扣紧装置,装在折叠自行车前车架和后车架的相应位置上,在折叠自行车前车架或后车架上装有磁铁,在另一车架的相应位置上装有能与磁铁相吸的磁性物体;这种结构的扣紧装置,安装方便,成本较低,使用方便。

Description

折叠自行车的折叠扣紧装置
本实用新型涉及折叠自行车的折叠扣紧装置。
为使折叠自行车在折叠后，前后车架能扣在一起，以防止搬运时松散，并便于收藏，在折叠自行车上大多装有折叠扣紧装置。现有的折叠扣紧装置有两种结构，一种由弹性夹和大小与弹性夹相适应的球头构成，如图1，弹性夹和球头分别固定在折叠自行车前后车架的相应位置上，折叠自行车时，将球头卡入弹性夹中，从而将折叠自行车的前后车架扣在一起，打开折叠自行车时，掰开折叠自行车扣在一起的前后车架，球头从弹性夹中挤出，从而解开折叠扣紧装置，这和结构的折叠扣紧装置使用方便，但制作弹性夹的材料必须有较好的韧性，制作球头的材料应当耐磨，成本较高，在长期使用后，弹性夹将变形并逐渐失效，而且在制造过程中，对弹性夹和球头的相对位置要求高，允许的公差小，制造成本较高；
另一种结构的折叠扣紧装置含有一个连接板，如图2，连接板的一端与折叠自行车的前车架或后车架铰接，另一端开有槽口，可卡住固定在折叠自行车的另一车架上的固定柱，折叠自行车后，将连接板的槽口卡住固定柱，从而将折叠自行车的前后车架扣在一起，这种结构的折叠扣紧装置结构简单，成本低，但在制造过程中，对连接板的槽口与固定柱的相对位置的精度要求依然较高，工艺难度较大，而且使用者在打开折叠自行车前，要先将连接板从固定柱上取下，使用不方便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种折叠自行车的扣紧装置，安装方便、成本较低、在打开折叠自行车时扣紧装置可自动打开。
本实用新型所述的折叠自行车的扣紧装置，装在折叠自行车前车架和后车架的相应位置上，在折叠自行车前车架或后车架上装有磁铁，在另一车架的相应位置上装有能与磁铁相吸的磁性物体。
由于本实用新型所述的折叠自行车的扣紧装置，在折叠自行车前后车架的相应位置上装有磁铁和磁性物体，当折叠自行车时，运用磁力相吸的原理，磁铁吸住磁性物体，从而将折叠自行车的前后车架扣在一起，这种结构的扣紧装置，对磁铁和磁性物体间的尺寸配合要求低，降低了工艺难度，磁铁、磁性物体如铁片、磁块等的材料价格低廉，成本也较低，在打开折叠自行车时，当拉力大于磁铁吸力时，扣紧装置就可自动打开，使用方便。

实施例1
本实用新型所述的折叠自行车的扣紧装置，装在折叠自行车前车架1和后车架2的相应位置上，在前车架的车梁上用螺母或焊接的方式固定有定位板12，在定位板12上开有定位孔11，调整管10与定位孔11螺纹连接，调整管10的端部装有磁铁9，在后车架的相应位置上，装有磁极与磁铁9相反的磁块7，旋转调整管10，可调整折叠自行车后磁铁9与磁块7的间隙，当折叠自行车时，磁铁9吸住磁块7，从而将折叠自行车的前后车架扣在一起，打开自行车时，只要拉力大于磁铁9与磁块7的吸力时，扣紧装置就自动脱开。
实施例2
在所述的后车架2的相应位置上装有铁片；其余与实施例1相同。
实施例3
所述的后车架2由磁性物体如钢管、铁管制成，折叠自行车后由磁铁9吸住后车架2从而将前后车架扣在一起；其余与实施例1相同。
实施例4
所述的磁铁9固定在后车架2上，在前车架1的相应位置上装有磁性物体；其余与实施例1、2、3相同。

Claims (3)

1、折叠自行车的扣紧装置，装在折叠自行车前车架(1)和后车架(2)的相应位置上，其特征在于：在折叠自行车前车架(1)或后车架(2)上装有磁铁(9)，在另一车架的相应位置上装有能与磁铁相吸的磁性物体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的折叠自行车的扣紧装置，其特征在于：在前车架(1)或后车架(2)上固定有定位板(12)，在定位板(12)上开有定位孔(11)，调整管(10)与定位孔(11)螺纹连接，调整管(10)的端部装有磁铁(9)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的折叠自行车的扣紧装置，其特征在于：所述的磁性物体是与磁铁(9)磁极相反的磁块(7)、铁块、或由磁性物体制成的前车架(1)或后车架(2)。
