本实用新型属于一种水下叶轮增氧机。
目前,水产养殖行业中用于水体增氧的增氧设备有各式各样,例如,专利99227559.8叶轮式增氧机,专利97229714.6双叶片叶轮式增氧机、专利98249570.6叶轮增氧机等,虽然能改善流道状况,增加流量、减少动力损失,提高增氧能力和动力效率。但是,结构较复杂,成本较高,不宜推广使用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种水下叶轮增氧机,利用直立电机的主轴带动一对啮合的园锥齿轮及两个水下叶轮,使空气从四根进气管经叶轮轴孔喷出,使水产养殖的水体增氧,提高水产养殖的经济效益。
本实用新型由直立电机、连轴器、轴、传动箱、水下叶轮、空心进气管等组成,直立电机(1)座在电机座(2)上,电机座(2)与空心轴(3)及传动箱(4)相联,直立电机(1)的轴与主轴(5)及传动箱(4)内的二个园锥齿轮(6)、叶轮轴(7)、叶轮(10)、连轴器(8)相联,传动箱(4)两端有进气室(9),四根空心进气管(11)与进气室(9)相联。空气进气管(11)可为2-6根,叶轮(10)的叶片可为2-4片。
本实用新型设计合理,结构简单,易制作,成本低,易安装使用,同时,能改善流道状况,增加流量、减少动力损失,提高增氧能力和动力效率。

在本实用新型中,除直立电机、园锥齿轮、叶轮能购到外,其余均可用钢材加工而成,然后按图1、2所示装配,四根空气进气管的高度可视养殖的水体的深度而选用。空气进气管(11)可为2-6根,叶轮(10)的叶片可为2-6片。使用时可另设座架固定或座在两只小船之间。启动电机后,带动传动箱内的二个啮合的园锥齿轮及叶轮轴,使叶轮转动,空气便可从空气进气管进入,经进气室,由叶轮的轴孔中排出,经叶轮转动使大量的空气溶入养殖水体中,使水体中的氧大增,而水体中的水产得到充分的氧气,保证水产养殖的经济效益亦得到提高。

1、一种水下叶轮增氧机,由直立电机、连轴器、轴、传动箱、水下叶轮、空心直气管等组成,其特征在于:直立电机(1)座在电机座(2)上,电机座(2)与空心轴(3)及传动箱(4)相联,直立电机(1)的轴与主轴(5)及传动箱(4)内的园锥齿轮(6)、叶轮轴(7)、叶轮(10)、连轴器(8)相联,传动箱(4)两端有进气室(9),四根空心进气管(11)与进气室(9)相联。
2、椐权利要求1所述的水下叶轮增氧机,其特征在于:空气进气管(11)可为2-6根,叶轮(10)的叶片可为2-6片。
