Abstract
保温瓷砖,涉及一种建筑材料,特别是一种可用于地面、阳台、墙面等的保温瓷砖。这种保温瓷砖的瓷砖背面槽内粘有一个或若干个爪,瓷砖的背面镶有苯板,苯板上有与瓷砖背面对应的一个或若干个固定孔,组合时瓷砖背面的爪穿过苯板的固定孔,施工时,将结合好的保温瓷砖背面抹水泥灰直接粘在墙面上。这种保温瓷砖施工简便、省时、省料、节省能源。

本实用新型涉及一种建筑材料,尤其是一种用于地面、阳台、墙面的瓷砖,并且是一种保温瓷砖。
过去建筑材料的保温办法有钢丝网架加苯板,施工时,将钢丝网架苯板用膨胀锣栓把在墙面上,再用水泥沙浆抹在钢丝网架苯板上,然后用水泥灰将瓷砖粘在水泥沙浆上,用这种保温材料施工比较复杂、费时、费料、浪费钢材。
本实用新型的目的是:设计一种保温材料与瓷砖结合在一起的保温瓷砖,结构简单、施工方便。
本实用新型是这样实现的:保温瓷砖,其特征在于可用瓷砖和苯板粘接组成或在瓷砖1的背面有一个或若干个槽,槽内粘有若干个爪2,在瓷砖的背面还嵌有苯板3,苯板对应瓷砖背面的爪2,有一个或若干个固定孔4,该孔的外侧端有倒角。
本实用新型的优点是:由于瓷砖和苯板是结合在一体的,产品施工时,用水泥灰将其保温瓷砖直接粘在墙面上,其施工简便、省时、省料,一次到位,适用于外墙、内墙、阳台、地面保温效果好,且节约能源。

下面结合实施例和附图对本实用新型详细叙述。
本实用新型的构成有:瓷砖1、爪2、苯板3、固定孔4。用100×200mm的瓷砖与104×204mm的苯板组合成保温瓷砖,瓷砖1的背面槽内粘有两排爪2,爪的长度超过10mm。一排三个爪,爪长30mm。苯板3用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料制作,苯板的厚度25mm,苯板上有与瓷砖背面爪数相同的固定孔4,该孔的外侧端有3×3mm的倒角。瓷砖与苯板结合时,瓷砖背面的爪2穿出苯板上的固定孔4,瓷砖和苯板镶合在一起后形成保温瓷砖。使用该种保温瓷砖,在施工时,将保温瓷砖背面抹水泥灰,把苯板孔外侧端倒角凹进去部分填满水泥,瓷砖上的爪穿出苯板固定孔的部分置于水泥里,同时起到坚固作用。
还有的保温瓷砖带有一个爪的,相应的其与其结合的苯板也带有一个固定孔,镶接的方法和施工方法同上。如果根据瓷砖的面积需要瓷砖的背面有若干个爪,那么与此相结合的苯板就要有与其对应的若干个固定孔,与瓷砖镶接的方法和施工方法均相同。也可用瓷砖与苯板粘接而成为保温瓷砖。

1、一种保温瓷砖,有瓷砖、苯板,其特征在于可用瓷砖和苯板粘接组成或瓷砖1的背面槽内粘有一个或若干个爪2,爪的长度超过10mm,在瓷砖的背面镶有苯板3,苯板上对应瓷砖背面的爪有一个或若干个固定孔4,该固定孔的外侧端均有倒角。
