Abstract
一种灯座与镇流器一体化结构,该结构包含一中空座体及封闭于该中空座体内的镇流器电路组件,该中空座体包含一适用插入紧凑型荧光灯的灯座及与该灯座间隔开的固定用机构,当该紧凑型荧光灯被装置于该灯座时,该紧凑型荧光灯与该镇流器电路组件呈电连接;及该固定用机构固定该一体化结构在一灯具、墙壁或天花板上。该中空座体可优选为大体上中空圆柱体,扁平多边形体,四方形体,扁平四方形体。固定用机构为螺孔。该结构还包含一设于该中空体上的开关。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种灯座与镇流器一体化结构,特别涉及的是一种将紧凑型萤光灯座及与灯具接口或定位孔集成一体的紧凑型萤光灯用电子镇流器。属于照明设备的部件领域。
目前市场上大量使用的紧凑型萤光灯有两种方式。一种是自镇流萤光灯(俗称节能灯),其主要的用途为取代白炽灯,该节能灯与白炽灯具相同的灯头。使用该种节能灯具的用户常会在更换灯泡时返回使用白炽灯,从而带来能源的损耗。而另外一种使用紧凑型萤光灯的方式是通过一种内部具有镇流器电路组件及一分开的普通灯座来驱动紧凑型萤光灯,其不足之处在于镇流器与灯座是分开的,一者增加成本,二者也增加了体积,不利于灯具的设计。
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种灯座与镇流器一体化结构,该结构将镇流器电路组件,萤光灯灯座,与用于灯具或墙壁或天花板连接的接口组合在一起,具有结构简洁,与灯具或墙壁或天花板配合方便,节能等特点。
实施本实用新型上述目的而采取的技术措施如下所述:该结构包含一中空座体及封闭于该中空座体内的镇流器电路组件,该中空座体包含一适于插入紧凑型萤光灯的灯座及与该灯座间隔开的固定用机构,当该紧凑型萤光灯被装置于该灯座时,该紧凑型萤光灯与该镇流器电路组件呈电连接;及该固定用机构固定该一体化结构在一灯具、墙壁或天花板上。
优选的,该中空座体为大体上中空圆柱体,该圆柱体的一端设有该灯座,而另一端设有该固定用机构,优选的,该固定用机构为一螺孔,更优选的,该固定用机构包含一凸出于该圆柱体另一端的同轴心环状体,该环状体的中心设有一轴向螺孔,及一径向地螺接在该环状体并可退出及伸入该轴向螺孔的固定螺钉。
优选的,该中空座体为大体上扁平多边形体,并具有一可平贴壁面的背面,该固定用机构包含在该背面的体边缘延伸设置的与其平行一或多个固定片,且该一或多个固定片设有与地面水平或垂直朝向的定位孔。
优选的,该中空座体为大体上四方形体,其一侧面设有该灯座,该固定机构包含凸设于该四方形体顶面的定位体,该定位体设有一垂直于该顶面的定位孔及一平行于该顶面且螺接于该定位体并可退出及伸入于该定位孔的固定螺钉。
优选的,该中空座体为扁平四方形体,其一底面设有该灯座,该固定机构包含设于该扁平方形体顶面的定位孔。
优选的,本实用新型的一体化结构进一步包含一设于该中空座体上、用于导通或切断该镇流器电路组件与一电源的开关。
现结合附图所示的实施例对本实用新型灯座与镇流器一体化结构作进一步的说明,其中:

一.台灯及吊灯型
如图1至图4所示,该类型一体化结构,包含大体上中空圆柱体10,及封闭于该中空座体内的镇流器电路组件20。该中空座体较细的一段包含一适于插入紧凑型萤光灯60的灯座11,及该中空座体较粗的一段包含一凸出于该圆柱体底端的同轴心环状体12,该环状体的中心设有一轴向螺孔13,及一径向地螺接在该环状体并可退出及伸入该轴向螺孔的固定螺钉14。该紧凑型萤光灯60被装置于该灯座11并采用插柱(PLUG-IN)或引线两种方式,与该镇流器电路组件20呈电连接。此一体化结构可利用该轴向螺孔13锁入一灯具的带螺纹的接杆70上,再利用该固定螺钉14加予固定。二.壁灯型
此类型镇流器结构外观呈矮胖、扁平形状。采用外置定位孔,螺钉的固定方式,有水平和垂直两种朝向;接线采用端子台方式。如图5所示,此类型镇流器结构具有一可平贴壁面的背面15,在该背面的体边缘延伸设置的与其平行一个固定片16,且该固定片设有与地面垂直朝向的定位孔17。三.吸顶灯及嵌灯型
此等类型镇流器结构外观约呈四方体。吸顶灯型采用外置定位孔,螺钉固定方式;嵌灯型采用内置定位孔,螺钉的固定方式;接线采用端子台方式。如图6所示,吸顶灯型镇流器结构其一侧面设有灯座11,其顶面凸设有定位体12’,该定位体设有一垂直于该顶面的定位孔13及一平行于该顶面且穿过该定位体的螺孔18用于装置一固定螺钉(未示于图中)。如图7所示,嵌灯型镇流器结构其正面设有两个灯座11,另一面位于灯座内各设有定位孔13,适于用螺钉固定。四.开关内置型
如图8所示,此类型镇流器结构类似于前述的台灯及吊灯型,但进一步将一紧凑型萤光灯的开关19内置在镇流器座体上,更可节约灯具的成本及体型。
Claims (8)
1.一种灯座与镇流器一体化结构,其特征在于:该结构包含一中空座体及封闭于该中空座体内的镇流器电路组件,该中空座体包含一适于插入紧凑型萤光灯的灯座及与该灯座间隔开的固定用机构,当该紧凑型萤光灯被装置于该灯座时,该紧凑型萤光灯与该镇流器电路组件呈电连接;及该固定用机构固定该一体化结构在一灯具、墙壁或天花板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一体化结构,其特征在于,该中空座体为大体上中空圆柱体,该圆柱体的一端设有该灯座,而另一端设有该固定用机构。
3.如权利要求2所述的一体化结构,其特征在于,该固定用机构为一螺孔。
4.如权利要求2所述的一体化结构,其特征在于,该固定用机构包含一凸出于该圆柱体另一端的同轴心环状体,该环状体的中心设有一轴向螺孔,及一径向地螺接在该环状体并可退出及伸入该轴向螺孔的固定螺钉。
5.如权利要求1所述的一体化结构,其特征在于,该中空座体为大体上扁平多边形体,并具有一可平贴壁面的背面,该固定用机构包含在该背面的体边缘延伸设置的与其平行一或多个固定片,且该一或多个固定片设有与地面水平或垂直朝向的定位孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的一体化结构,其特征在于,该中空座体为大体上四方形体,其一侧面设有该灯座,该固定机构包含凸设于该四方形体顶面的定位体,该定位体设有一垂直于该顶面的定位孔及一平行于该顶面且螺接于该定位体并可退出及伸入于该定位孔的固定螺钉。
7.如权利要求1所述的一体化结构,其特征在于,该中空座体为扁平四方形体,其一底面设有该灯座,该固定机构包含设于该扁平方形体顶面的定位孔。
8.如权利要求1至4其中任一项所述的一体化结构,其特征在于,该结构进一步包含一设于该中空座体上、用于导通或切断该镇流器电路组件与一电源的开关。
