Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种针灸用针具,由针体和位于针体后端的针柄组成,其特点是所说的针体与针柄之间过渡段为针颈,针颈与针体在水平线上所夹的锐角在11°～80°之间,针柄与针体之间的水平距离为0.5～1.5mm。在针柄的下面粘有一块医用胶布,在整针的上面粘有一块医用胶布用以固定针具。本实用新型可变静态留针为动态留针,变有痛针灸为无痛针灸,具有易于掌握,安全可靠、无痛苦,适用范围广,疗效迅速、持久,就诊时间短等优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种医疗用针具，尤其是一种针灸用针具。
针灸疗法是祖国医学中的一块瑰宝，现已被世界广泛接受和视之为神奇疗法，现在世界各地争相学习针灸术的人越来越多，但学习针灸术必须在全面的掌握了中医学系统的基础理论后，才能辩证施治，应用临床为人施针；反之，则难以达到应得的效果。由于深奥的中医基础理论障碍不是轻而可逾越的，所以也影响了针灸术的传播和应用。临床中为了增加疗效，常常需要在皮下埋置留针，亦称皮内埋针。现有的皮内埋针有两种：一种是揿钉式，该针形状似图钉状，直接刺入皮下，多用于耳穴部位；另一种是麦粒型针，长度一般为1厘米左右，以与皮肤表面成15°角刺入皮下，使人体产生酸、麻、胀、痛的感觉，因此病人只能在痛苦中接受治疗，而且目前的皮内埋针只能是静态留针，故而影响了人们的正常工作和学习，并且在胸腹背部和关节部位均禁用和慎用。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术所存在的缺点，而提供一种变静态留针为动态留针，变有痛针灸为无痛针灸的针具。
本实用新型的上述目的是这样实现的。
一种针灸用针具，包括针体和位于该针体后端的针柄，其特征在于所说的针体与针柄之间过渡段为针颈，针颈与针体在水平线上所夹的锐角在11°～80°之间，针柄与针体之间的水平距离为0.5～1.5mm。上述针颈与针体之间夹角最好选择在11°～30°之间。以保证施针时，针体水平位于表皮下、真皮上，使得正常的肌肉运动造成的皮肤牵拉以及外在冲击力对其均无影响，
在针柄的下面粘有一块医用胶布，以防针柄磨伤皮肤，在整针的上面粘有一块医用胶布用以固定针具。
本实用新型由于针颈与针体成一定角度，故针体可水平刺入表皮下、真皮上，可在皮内卧针达4～7天，以充分增加疗效，本实用新型具有以下优点：
1．安全可靠、无痛苦。由于本实用新型针具针入皮下的深度只在皮内，既不能刺伤血管、神经，更不能刺破胸膜等主要部位和脏器，也不能造成滞针，所以使用起来安全可靠、无痛苦。
2．施针方便，就诊时间短。使用本实用新型针具免去了正常常规留针、醒针等手法时间，针入后即可离去，既减少了医生的操作时间，节约了诊室面积，又使患者就诊时间缩短，使受术患者在不影响正常工作和生活的条件下得以治疗。
3．适用范围广。本实用新型针具既能用于传统的经络取穴和皮部疆界取穴法，又能用于奇穴、阿是穴，除了十二井穴、口腔内粘膜、面部血管丰富部位外，其它凡能针刺的穴位皆能应用。
4．易于掌握。只要初具医疗知识的初级卫生保健人员都能学习掌握。
5．疗效迅速、持久。古今诸多研究认为，经络走向线宽度为约2.8～30mm不等，如果用普通刺法只能刺中经络面积约0.09mm2，如果横贯经络线而刺(卧刺)可贯穿(最低)2.8mm经络线，相当于同时增加了刺激量的10倍，本实用新型针具正是采用的横贯经络线的皮内卧针法，由于本针具加大了刺激面积、延长了留针刺激时间，所以它得到的疗效是迅速和持久的。
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细介绍本实用新型。

本实施例中，如图1所示，针体1与针柄2通过针颈3相连接，针体1与针颈3之间的水平夹角为15°或者25°，针柄2与针体1之间的水平高度为0.8或者1.2mm，针柄2的下面粘有一块医用胶布4，在整针的上面粘有一块医用胶布5，针柄2端胶布5应比针柄2超过15mm以上，针头端胶布5应超过针头10mm以上，施针时，胶布4垫于针柄2与皮肤之间，以防卧针时针柄2磨伤皮肤，胶布5将针具的整体覆盖住用以固定针具。

1、一种针灸用针具，包括针体[1]和位于针体[1]后端的针柄[2]，其特征在于所说的针体[1]与针柄[2]之间过渡段为针颈[3]，针颈[3]与针体[1]在水平线上所夹的锐角在11°～80°之间，针柄[2]与针体[1]之间的水平距离为0.5～1.5mm。
2、根据权利要求1所述的针灸用针具，其特征在于所说的针颈[3]与针体[1]在水平线上所夹的锐角在11°～30°之间，针柄[2]与针体[1]之间的水平距离为0.5～1.5mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的针灸用针具，其特征在于所说的针柄[2]的下面粘有一块医用胶布[4]，在整针的上面粘有一块医用胶布[5]。
