一种温室复合保温被,包括上层、下层,特点是上层、下层之间依次有针刺毛毡层、高发泡聚乙烯层、真空镀铝膜层或依次有针刺毛毡层、高发泡聚乙烯层或依次有真空镀铝膜层、高发泡聚乙烯层、真空镀铝膜层;上层、下层为编织薄膜或防雨布;上层、下层表面、各层四周用篷布圈固定连接,保温被边缘缝合。本实用新型表面强度好,防雨、防老化,保温效果好,使用方便,寿命长,可工业化生产。

温室复合保温被
本实用新型涉及一种用于温室外的保温用具,特别是一种温室复合保温被。
目前目光温室的外覆盖保温材料采用复合层,CN2390401Y公开了一种《复合保温被》,它由三层组成,玻璃纤维布与聚胺脂防水涂料制成两层,中间夹一层泡沫层,这种复合保温被表面强度较差,对于高效日光温室来讲,其在冬季的保温效果不够好。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保温效果好、使用方便、使用寿命长的温室复合保温被。
本实用新型的温室复合保温被,包括上层、下层,特点是上层、下层之间依次有针刺毛毡层、高发泡聚乙烯层、真空镀铝膜层或上层、下层之间依次有针刺毛毡层、高发泡聚乙烯层或上层、下层之间依次有真空镀铝膜层、高发泡聚乙烯层、真空镀铝膜层;上层、下层为编织薄膜或防雨布;上层、下层表面、各层四周用蓬布圈固定连接,保温被边缘缝合。
本实用新型由四至五层复合而成,表面强度好,防雨、防老化,保温效果好,使用方便,寿命长,可工业化生产。

参阅图1,本实用新型包括上层1、下层6,上层1、下层6之间依次有针刺毛毡层2、高发泡聚乙烯层3、真空镀铝膜层4,真空镀铝膜层4复合在高发泡聚乙烯层3下,上层1下层6为编织薄膜或防雨布,为了更好地固定各层结构,将按尺寸裁好的各种材料重叠好,四周用蓬布圈5固定各层,再用工业缝纫机将四周缝合好,就可以得到本实用新型的成品,本实施方式是本实用新型的一种最佳方式,效果好,成本低。编织薄膜可采用兰色或各种颜色,起到防雨、防老化的效果,针刺毛毡层2、高发泡聚乙烯层3的材料均为导热率小的隔热材料,从而起到良好的保温效果;采用真空镀铝膜层4,可提高材料向温室内红外、远红外的反射率,整体材料可提高向温室内的反射率,减少材料的吸收率和透射率,起到保温的效果。
参阅图2,它是本实用新型的另一实施方式,去掉了真空镀铝膜层4,这种方式,成本较低,效果略差一些。
参阅图3,它是本实用新型又一实施方式,将针刺毛毡层2改换成真空镀铝膜层4,采用两层真空镀铝膜层中间夹高发泡聚乙烯层,这种方式虽加大了成本,但保温效果显著提高。
参阅图4,它是本实用新型使用状态,将本实用新型一端固定在温室8的顶上,温室表面覆盖有塑料薄膜9,在冬季的白天,可将本实用新型7卷于温室8顶部,当温度下降时将保温被7展开,即可达到晚间保温效果。保温被7还可与卷帘机配套使用,十分方便快捷。

2、根据权利要求1所述的保温被,其特征在于:所述上层(1)、下层(6)为编织薄膜或防雨布。
