Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种散热风扇,是在一座体的中心设一固定柱,供套置一线圈、一磁环和一风扇,其中,风扇的旋转座的周缘设有间隔排列的双层叶片,风扇中心的凹槽内置入一轴承,当风扇藉线圈的驱动而转动时,可以因该轴承的滑动而更为顺畅,从而降低振动及噪音的产生,且因风扇的多层叶片而提高风扇效率,进而增加散热的效果。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种散热风扇,尤指一种转动顺畅且可消除震动及噪音的风扇。
对于一般的电脑主机所使用的微处理器或易在工作中产生高温的电子元件而言,为了防止其因高温而损坏,通常在表面设有效热片和散热风扇,籍以排除过高的温度,维持电子元件的正常动作。而已有的散热风扇如图1所示:主要是在启动线圈81上覆盖一风扇82,通过线圈82产生的磁场使风扇82转动,此种结构由于仅将风扇82籍由一体成形的固定柱83顶持,使热量从周边沿风扇82和固定柱83传导,在长时间使用后易造成固定柱83的松动,而无法准确地将固定柱83垂直固定,且因支撑处尺寸过小,易造成转动不顺的现象,严重者更因风扇的偏斜而产生推动和噪音。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种转动顺畅且能消除震动和噪音的散热风扇。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术手段实现的:一种散热风扇,由一座体、一驱动线圈和一风扇组成,其特征在于:在座体中央设一可供驱动线圈和风扇套置固定的固定柱;驱动线圈设在一电路板上;风扇的内沿套置一磁环,而其旋转座的周缘上、下位置设有间隔排列的双层叶片。
本实用新型的优点是:散热效率高,转动顺畅,无振动和噪音,使用寿命长。

如图1、图2和图3所示,本实用新型设有一呈方形的座体1,座体1的中央设有一固定柱11,固定柱11的顶缘设一环状沟槽111,固定柱11的一侧设有两突柱12,一驱动线圈2和一风扇4套置固定在固定柱11上,并容置在座体1内;驱动线圈2设在一控制电路板21上,电路板21上设有与座体1的突柱12对应的透孔211,以便线圈2套入固定柱11後,以透孔211卡合于突柱12,将线圈2固定;风扇4的内缘套置一磁环3,且风扇4的旋转座41的周缘上、下位置设有间隔排列的双层叶片42,并在其表面中心设一圆形凹槽43,凹槽43内套置一轴承5和一固定环6,一C形扣件7夹固在座体1固定柱11的沟槽111,使轴承5的中心孔51嵌固在固定柱11,而其外缘则紧密套固于风扇4的凹槽43,当风扇4被驱动线圈2驱动而旋转时,能够借轴承5的滑动,而使其转动更为顺畅,且防止振动和噪音的产生,籍双层叶片42使散热效率提高。
如图4所示,风扇4在套合座体1的固定柱11後,驱动线圈2套合于风扇4的凹槽43的外缘,轴承5则在风扇4的凹槽43套入固定柱11後,将轴承5的中心孔51嵌套在固定柱11从凹桧43露出的部分,使其中心孔51及外缘分别与固定柱11和凹槽43紧密嵌合,再在轴承5上方套入一固定环6後,以一C形扣件7夹固在固定柱11的项缘沟槽111,以防止轴承5的不当晃动。如此,当风扇4经由线圈2的驱动而旋转时,能够因轴承5的滑动而更为顺畅,且可避免风扇4因固定柱11与扇叶4的垂直度无法克服而产生的偏斜,造成振动及噪音的现象,并可提高使用寿命。

1、一种散热风扇,由一座体、一驱动线圈和一风扇组成,其特征在于:在座体中央设一可供驱动线圈和风扇套置固定的固定柱;驱动线圈设在一电路板上;风扇的内沿套置一磁环,而其旋转座的周缘上、下位置设有间隔排列的双层叶片。
