Abstract
本实用新型属于一种包装箱上的连接件,尤其是指一种在包装箱上能连接固定相邻两箱板的塑料舌片。其主要技术方案包括相互连成一体的利用塑料制成的上部、中部以及下部,其特征是在中部上设置一插孔,在下部上有一个沿下部的垂直方向向一侧延伸的插头,在上部上有一弯头,该弯头的弯折方向与插头的延伸方向相反,并在弯头与上部间形成一卡槽。利用本实用新型后,可提高箱包连接件的重复使用率。
Description
本实用新型属于一种包装箱上的连接件，尤其是指一种在包装箱上能连接固定相邻两箱板的塑料舌片。
在本公司以往所用的技术中，连接并固定相邻两块箱板的连接件，通常采用钢制的舌片。使用时，须手握五金工具将舌片插入舌槽中并弯折，以便定位。当需要开启时，则将舌片再折回原位。这样，当包装箱需反复使用时，重复弯折过的钢制舌片无法继续起到紧固包装箱相邻侧板的作用，降低了包装箱的重复使用效率。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种塑料舌片，这种塑料舌片可重复多次弯折使用，因而提高了包装箱零件的使用效率。
其主要技术方案包括相互连成一体的利用塑料制成的上部、中部以及下部，其特征是在中部上设置一插孔，在下部上有一个沿下部的垂直方向向一侧延伸的插头，在上部上有一弯头，该弯头的弯折方向与插头的延伸方向相反，并在弯头与上部间形成一卡槽。
其另一特征是在插孔对应于卡槽的一侧设置一个突起的、中空的弹性箍，在该弹性箍的壁上均布几个贯通的豁口，豁口的方向与插孔的轴线相同。
其又一特征是在下部与中部间为一个起连接作用的、并便于弯折的、较窄的弯折部。
采用本材料结构后，第一，开合包装箱时，无需弯折舌片，只需将插头插入插孔内，适用于反复操作；第二，整个舌片与箱板的连接易于拆卸，只要将舌片上的卡槽卡在箱板上，再将弹性箍嵌入箱板上的对应孔内即可，提高了舌片的互换性，从而提高了包装箱的重复使用率。本实用新型与钢制舌片相比，主要有3点不同：1．舌片固定在箱板上的方式不同，钢制舌片采用钢刺嵌入式，拆卸后无法重复使用；本装置采用槽孔压入式，可多次重复拆卸。2．舌片固紧两相邻箱板的方式不同，钢制舌片是固定在一侧箱板上的舌片插入相邻箱板上的舌槽内，弯折并扣紧舌片；而塑料舌片则如附图中所示，中部2上的插孔有一弹性箍，当弹性箍被压入箱板上的孔内时，弹性箍受压，再将下部3上的插头压入弹性箍内的插孔内，此时受压的弹性箍将插头紧紧裹牢，从而起到紧固两相邻箱板的作用。3．开启舌片的方式不同，钢制舌片需将舌片拉直到原位，再从舌槽中脱出，这样当包装箱重复开合时，舌片被反复弯折，反复弯折过的舌片，很难恢复原有的平展度，且机械性能也大打折扣，极大的影响了包装箱的重复使用性能；而塑料舌片则用专用工具将插头从插孔中拔出，再将舌片从箱板上取下，拆启过程基本上对舌片的性能无影响，具有良好的重复使用性能。

如图所示：该舌片由相互连成一体的上部1、中部2与下部3构成，在中部2上设置一插孔8，在下部3上有一个沿下部3的垂直方向向一侧延伸的插头9，在上部1上有一弯头7，该弯头7的弯折方向与插头9的延伸方向相反，并在弯头7与上部1间形成一卡槽6，在插孔8对应于卡槽6的一侧设置一个突起的、中空的弹性箍，在该弹性箍的壁上均布几个贯通的豁口，豁口的方向与插孔8的轴线相同，在下部3与中部2间为一个起连接作用的、并便于弯折的、较窄的弯折部5。
Claims (3)
1、一种塑料舌片，包括相互连成一体的利用塑料制成的上部(1)、中部(2)以及下部(3)，其特征是在中部(2)上设置一插孔(8)，在下部(3)上有一个沿下部(3)的垂直方向向一侧延伸的插头(9)，在上部(1)上有一弯头(7)，该弯头(7)的弯折方向与插头(9)的延伸方向相反，并在弯头(7)与上部(1)间形成一卡槽(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的舌片，其特征是在插孔(8)对应于卡槽(6)的一侧设置一个突起的、中空的弹性箍，在该弹性箍的壁上均布几个贯通的豁口，豁口的方向与插孔(8)的轴线相同。
3、根据权利要求1所述的舌片，其特征是在下部(3)与中部(2)间为一个起连接作用的、并便于弯折的、较窄的弯折部(5)。
