高强度薄壁钻杆
本实用新型涉及一种高强度薄壁钻杆。
在石油钻探中,随着钻井工作的进展需要不断加接钻杆。现用的钻杆多为按平原地区石油钻探设制,较重较长,在山地钻探中,搬运多依靠人力,搬运钻杆是山地钻探的一项繁重的体力劳动,另外由于钻杆较长,工艺性差,不易制造,所以造价较高。
本实用新型的目的是为克服上述不足而设计一种由公扣接头、中间杆、衬管和母扣接头组成的高强度薄壁钻杆。本实用新型内容:
一种高强度薄壁钻杆,其特征在于:该钻杆由公扣接头、中间杆、衬管和母扣接头组成;公扣接头设有阶梯孔、外锥螺纹及卡槽;母扣接头设有阶梯孔及内锥螺纹孔,中间杆采用材料为40Mn2,外径为60mm,壁厚为2.5~3mm的高强度薄壁钢管;中间杆的一端和公扣接头在衬管外圆上支承定位并焊接在一起,中间杆的另一端与母扣接头在另一个衬管外圆上支承定位并焊接为一体;钻杆的总长为1.5~2m。
本实用新型具有以下优点:
1.由于中间杆采用了壁厚为2.5mmr高强度薄壁钢管,对于直径60mm长度为2m的钻杆重量仅7.3kg,重量较轻,减轻了山地勘探人员的劳动强度。
2.由于高强度薄壁钻杆的中间杆使用的高强度薄壁钢管型材可在市场上选购,公扣接头和母扣接头工艺性好,易于加工制造,经焊接连为一体,其强度不低于现用钻杆,节省了材料,降低了成本。

高强度薄壁钻杆(图1)由公扣接头1、中间杆2、衬管3和母扣接头4组成;公扣接头沿轴向设有阶梯孔,公扣接头的一端设有外锥螺纹,靠近另一端设有两个卡槽;母扣接头沿轴线设有阶梯孔,外端设有内锥螺纹。中间杆采用材料为40Mn2,外径为60mm,壁厚为2.5~3mm的高强度薄壁钢管型材,把中间杆的一端和公扣接头定位在衬管的外圆上进行对焊,再把中间杆的另一端与母扣接头定位在另一个衬管的外圆上并进行对焊,就制成了高强度的薄壁钻杆。本实施例的整体钻杆长度为2m,其重量仅为7.3kg,便于肩扛人抬,特别适于山地石油钻探使用,焊接后钻杆进行调质热处理,使钻杆的强度有很大的提高。

1.一种高强度薄壁钻杆,其特征在于:该钻杆由公扣接头、中间杆、衬管和母扣接头组成;公扣接头设有阶梯孔、外锥螺纹及卡槽;母扣接头设有阶梯孔及内锥螺纹孔,中间杆采用材料为40Mn2,外径为60mm,壁厚为2.5~3mm的高强度薄壁钢管;中间杆的一端和公扣接头在衬管外圆上支承定位并焊接在一起,中间杆的另一端与母扣接头在另一个衬管外圆上支承定位并焊接为一体;钻杆的总长为1.5~2m。
