Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种血管内支架，它由3节Z字形支架组成，每节支架之间由连接小梁连接，整体结构为圆柱形，中间支架开有窗口，形成“凹”字形结构。在布加综合症的介入治疗中，将开窗Z字形三节血管内支架置入肝段下腔静脉破膜扩张后的狭窄处，造影显示肝静脉血液回流通畅，血管造影导管可顺利经窗口进入肝静脉，有效避免肝静脉血栓形成。

Description

一种血管内支架
本实用新型涉及一种血管内支架，用于血管外科布加综合症的治疗。
现有血管内支架产品为二节和三节Z字形封闭式支架，其不足之处是二节支架的第二节伸展后，部分支架易进入肝静脉在下腔静脉的开口，造成肝静脉血液回流障碍而导致肝静脉血栓形成，三节支架虽可防止第二节支架伸展后部分支架进入肝静脉开口，但由于支架呈封闭结构，有时会压迫肝静脉在下腔静脉的开口，同样可影响肝静脉血液回流，导致肝静脉血栓形成。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种血管内支架，它能预防肝静脉血栓的形成。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：血管内支架由3节Z字形支架组成，每节支架之间由连接小梁连接，整体结构为圆柱形，中间支架开有窗口，形成“凹”字形结构。
在布加综合症的介入治疗中，将开窗Z字形三节血管内支架置入肝段下腔静脉破膜扩张后的狭窄处，造影显示肝静脉血液回流通畅，血管造影导管可顺利经窗口进入肝静脉，有效避免肝静脉血栓形成。

图中：1-Z字形支架、2-连接小梁、3-支架窗口；
如图1、2所示，血管内支架由3节Z字形支架1组成，每节支架由连接小梁2连接，第二节支架为2/3圈，1/3圈为无支架区，形成一个窗口3，可防止肝静脉血液回流入下腔静脉受到支架障碍所导致的肝静脉血栓形成。血管内支架在布加综合症的介入治疗中，将开窗Z字形血管内支架置入肝段下腔静脉破膜扩张后的狭窄处，根据方向标记调整支架窗口的位置，使窗口对准肝静脉开口，肝静脉血液回流通畅，避免了肝静脉血栓的形成。

1、一种血管内支架由3节Z字形支架(1)组成，每节支架之间由连接小梁(2)连接，整体结构为圆柱形，其特征在于：中间支架开有窗口(3)，形成“凹”字形结构。
