Abstract
一种差压式过滤机的新型金属过滤网体,粗过滤网筒由带圆孔的金属板制成圆筒体,细过滤网筒由两层带圆孔的金属板,将金属编织网夹固在其间制成圆筒体。在粗、细过滤网圆筒体的中间部分及两端用金属套、环连接或者固定。本实用新型采用金属材料制造,耐冲击,耐腐蚀。全部零部件采用机械加工工艺,精度好,工作稳定可靠,延长了使用寿命,提高了整机的工作效率。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种过滤装置，特别涉及差压式过滤机的过滤网体。
差压式过滤机由于结构合理，使用性能好，不需用任何能源，而被广泛应用于需要处理水的各种行业。取代传统的砂滤或池滤。但由于差压式过滤机在工作中，水质、水量及水压不断变化，往往使以往的硬质塑料骨架，内壁粘附金属编织网的过滤网体发生破损，使过滤机中断工作，影响配套设备的正常运行。给用户造成不便及经济损失。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处，提供一种高效耐用的过滤网体。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
本实用新型的金属过滤网体，根据流体的流量与压力做为依据，采用机械加工工艺，将金属板加工出均匀分布的圆孔，制成粗过滤网圆筒体。采用机械加工工艺，将两层金属板加工出均匀分布的圆孔，将金属编织网夹固在中间，制成细过滤网圆筒体。在粗、细过滤网筒体的中间部，粗过滤网筒体的一端，细过滤网筒体的另一端，采用机械加工的金属套、环，利用金属套、环的凹槽和螺钉将其连接或固定。

图中，细过滤网圆筒体的端面装有金属环(1)，细过滤网圆筒体的外层由带孔的金属板(2)，中间层由金属编织网(3)，内层由带孔的金属板(4)，制成圆筒体。粗过滤网圆筒体由带孔的金属板(6)制成圆筒体。金属连接套(5)将粗、细过滤网圆筒体连接在一起。金属环(7)安装在粗过滤网圆筒体的另一端。粗、细过滤网圆筒体与金属环、套，利用金属环、套的凹槽和螺钉连接或固定。本实施例所用的金属板为不锈钢板，所用的金属环、套均为铝质材料机械加工而成，所用的螺钉为不锈钢螺钉。
本实用新型由于采用金属板材做粗、细过滤网圆筒体，尤其采用不锈钢材料机械加工而成，强度大，耐冲击，耐腐蚀。在粗、细过滤网圆筒体两端面固定的金属环及连接的金属套均为机械加工件，精度及圆柱度好，保证了新型金属过滤网体在过滤机内工作稳定可靠。金属套、环利用凹槽、螺钉与粗、细过滤网筒体连接或固定，拆卸维修方便。
Claims (2)
1．一种用于差压式过滤机的新型金属过滤网体，其特征是：采用带孔的金属板制成粗过滤网圆筒体；采用带孔的两层金属板，将金属编织网夹固在中间，制成细过滤网圆筒体；采用金属套、环连接粗、细过滤网圆筒体及固定两端。
2．根据权利要求1所述的金属过滤网体，其特征在于：粗、细过滤网圆筒体与金属环，套采用凹槽及镙钉连接固定。
