本实用新型的门扇,竖框连接侧为匚型槽,横框两端插入匚型槽内。大大提高了连接强度,降低了对材料的尺寸精度的要求,外形美观。
Description
本实用新型属于建筑门窗技术领域，尤其涉及一种新型结构的钢制门扇。
随着现代建筑业的发展，钢制结构的门得到越来越普遍的应用。但是在现有技术中，门扇的竖框和横框的连接一般都采用对接式结构。这种结构不但强度得不到有效的保证，而且在制做中对加工尺寸精度的要求极为严格，否则很难将竖框和横框对齐、对平，外观较为粗糙。
本实用新型的目的就是要克服上述现有技术之不足，提供一种强度高、外观好、制做简单的新型结构的门扇。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种门扇，由钢板型材制成，其特征在于门扇的竖框连接侧为型槽，横框两端插入型槽内。
采用本实用新型的插接结构，由于门扇的横、竖框之间有重叠部分，这就大大提高了连接强度；由于不存在相互之间严格的对缝问题，因而对材料的尺寸要求也就不用那么精确；同时外观也显得美观。
图1为本实用新型实施例的正视示意图。
图2为图1中A-A向的剖面示意图。
下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的实施例。
图1中门扇的框架是由竖框(1)和横框(2)构成。图2以放大比例，显示出横框(2)两端插入竖框(1)的情况。插入部分可采用焊接、螺栓等方法固定。

1、一种门扇，由钢板型材制成，其特征在于门扇的竖框连接侧为型槽，横框两端插入型槽内。
