Abstract

一种内室门,包括面板和内框,其中至少内框的左、右框条为木质,框条两侧开有凹槽,内框两面胶合钢质面板,钢质面板的边内卷嵌入框条凹槽内,两者相互咬合,面板内腔填充保温防火材料层,面板为仿木质的复塑钢板或印刷钢板。采用上述结构形式的内室门,既具有钢板门的平整度、强度、隔音、保温等功能特性,又具有木质门的外观与质感,便于安装等特点,同时又能克服木质门容易变形、开裂及翘曲等缺陷。

一种内室门
本实用新型属于房屋建筑装饰技术领域，具体涉及一种适用于室内使用的内室门。
随着生活质量的提高，房屋装饰越来越追求功能和美观的理想结合。在房屋的内室门设计上，现在多设计为木门，以求得与装修的协调一致。但以木门做为内室门存在一些缺陷：首先，木门强度低，易变形、开裂；其次，木门在隔音和保温性能方面较差；再其次，木门的防火性很差，这些缺点严重影响木门在室内装修中的使用前景。
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术存在的上述不足，提供一种既强度好、隔音、保暖，同时又具有木质门外观和质感的内室门。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种内室门，包括面板和内框，内框至少左、右框条为木质，框条两侧开有凹槽，内框两面胶合钢质面板，钢质面板的边内卷嵌入框条凹槽内，两者相互咬合，面板内腔填充保温防火材料层。面板为仿木质的复塑钢板、印刷钢板。
采用上述结构形式的内室门，既具有钢板门的平整度、强度、隔音、保温等功能特性，又具有木质门的外观与质感，便于安装等特点，同时又能克服木质门容易变形、开裂及翘曲等缺陷。
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明：

实施例：参见图1和图2，内室门的内外面板3采用复塑钢板，可选取与室内装饰风格一致的木质外观并压制图案。内外面板3之间胶合内框1，内框1至少左、右两边的框条为木质，以便于开锁孔和上合页。内框1框条的两边开有凹槽4，使与之胶合的面板3的边可内卷嵌入该凹槽4内，从而使面板3与内框1实现紧密结合。面板3与内框1形成的内腔中填充保温防火材料层2。

1．一种内室门，包括面板和内框，其特征在于至少内框的左、右框条为木质，框条两侧开有凹槽，内框两面胶合钢质面板，钢质面板的边内卷嵌入框条凹槽内，两者相互咬合，面板内腔填充保温防火材料层。
2．根据权利要求1所述内室门，其特征在于面板为仿木质的复塑钢板、印刷钢板。
