Abstract
Description
本实用新型涉及一种路面弯沉检测装置,特别是激光路面弯沉测定仪。
路面弯沉是评价公路沥青路面和水泥路面,包括高速公路沥青混凝土路面和水泥路面强度的一个重要且规范必测的参数,路面弯沉测试仪的灵敏度和精度要求很高。目前国内外最常用的弯沉测量仪如贝克曼梁式弯沉仪和车载落锤式弯沉仪。贝克曼梁弯沉仪是一种基于杠杆原理的纵向微形变测试装置,即一个由离待测点2~3米支点支承的,总长为3~5米的横梁构成,这种弯沉测试仪存在的缺点是,其体积与质量都较大,长达3~5米,重达上百斤,携带极为不便,由于贝克曼梁长度限制,不能保证支点处无形变,因此测量失真误差较大,用它作为检测标准较严重地影响了沥青路面的设计质量以及竣工后路面使用寿命。为克服贝氏仪的缺点,提高测量效率,落锤式弯沉仪是一种国际流行的智能比较高的路面测试车,它是基于弹性力学原理,直接测量落锤打击路面后的形变值,对路面是一种接触式有损测量,因此这种方法的代价很高,不但需要巨额资金(每台30万美元),而且,同样具有失真误差。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,精度较高的激光路面弯沉测定仪。
本实用新型的目的的通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种激光路面弯沉测定仪,包括激光发射器、光电感应器测头、电桥电路和显示器,激光发射器为半导体激光器,半导体激光器与光电感应器测头之间的光路上设有凹透镜和其上设有方孔或圆孔的遮光板组成的激光发散方形光斑发射器。测头内设有与地面垂直的硅光电池片,硅光电池片的输出端连接惠斯登电桥电路,惠斯登电桥电路输出端连接微安表头或液晶显示显示器。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:采用激光作为发射光源,基准点可距形变点几米至十米,可避免现有技术如贝克曼梁测试法难以完全消除的基准点应变影响的缺陷,保证基准点无形变。采用硅光电池作为弯沉变化的传感装置,反应灵敏,路面弯沉量通过激光照射在硅光电池上的面积变化反应,硅光电池将与弯沉变化相对应的光照面积变化转化为电流变化量。本实用新型的光电传感器测头结构形式,可实现任何路面状况测量时保证硅光电池片始终与路面垂直,从面确保测量精度。本实用新型采用微安表头或液晶显示器直接显示,读数直观。本实用新型结构简单,体积小,重量轻,精度高。
以下结合附图详细说明本实用新型实施例。

一种激光路面弯沉测定仪,如图1所示,包括激光发射器1、光电感应器测头4、电桥电路5和显示器6,激光发射器1为半导体激光器,半导体激光器1用支架固定,其功率为10mw,发射距离6~10米,半导体激光器1与光电感应器测头4之间的光路上设有凹透镜2和其上设有方孔或圆孔的遮光板3组成的激光发散方形光斑发射器,激光发射方形光斑发射器发射方形光斑照射到光电感应器测头上的面积为1cm×1cm,测头4内设有与地面垂直的硅光电池片8,硅光电池片8为ZCR型2cm×1cm长方形,开路电压500V,短路电流60mA,路面弯沉强度的变化量通过光照面积反映,硅光电池片8在光照后即产生电流或电压。测量时,需要保持硅光电池片8始终与路面垂直,光电感应器测头4采用如图2所示结构形式,光电感应器测头4包括硅光电池片8、支架9和底座10,硅光电池片8与支架9通过活动铰7连接,底座10为长方形负重块,支架9固定在底座10上。用这种铰动式结构保证了测量时硅光电池片与路面保持垂直状态,从而确保测量精度。考虑到次高级沥青路面较为不平,放整了一侧,而另一侧不一定摆直,光电感应器测头4还可以采用如图3所示结构形式,光电感应器测头4包括硅光电池片8、支架9和底座10,硅光电池片8固定在支架9上。底座10为半球形重壳,壳体内设有压重小珠11,支架9固定在底座10上。采用这种“不倒翁式”结构可实现任何时候均保持垂直测定目标,从而也就确保了测量精度。硅光电池片8的输出端连接惠斯登电桥电路5,电桥主要起到调零作用,惠斯登电桥电路5输出端连接微安表头或液晶显示显示器4。显示器4为0~300μA直读式微安表头或3cm×5cm液晶显示器直接显示测量值。
本实用新型的测量原理:光电感应器测头4置于载荷额定吨位的标准汽车后轮中心处,在道路纵向6m~10m设置激光发射器1,激光发射器1发射方形或圆形光斑照射在光电感应器测头4的硅光电池片8上。产生光电流,得到与弯沉变化相对应的光电变化量,经电桥处理后,由微安表或液晶显示器可得初读数h1(当用电桥调零后,h2=0,由微安表头或液晶显示器直接读出)。载荷汽车开走后,汽车后轮离开测点时,路面立即回弹,得回弹值h2,其增量即为路面回弹弯沉值,又称路面强度,数值为Δh=h1-h2。光电变化量与照射面积有关,而且成比例,即光的感应面积越大,则光电流越多,而这一情况与路面卸载后回弹有紧密关系,路面回弹越大,则光电流越大,这一数量的变化,通过事前标定的“光电流~微米”对应值。即能得出路面回弹弯沉变化量Δh,这就是用激光测定路面弯沉强度的基本原理。利用上述原理,可迅速测定回弹弯沉盆,可用微安表头或液晶显示直读,当汽车向前开走时,此时,测头在原位,路面回弹,随汽车开远,路面各点回弹量不同,刚走的最近一点,应最小,离测头最远一点,应最大,中间点次之,即得弯沉盆。在公路弯沉盆测定中,一般按0、50cm、100cm…读数,直到数值无变化为止。
