Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种太阳能热水器支架。它由主肢、托架组成,主肢的下方连有向水箱方向延伸的托架,水箱放置在托架上,托架后段超过水箱,在托架后段上铰接着挂杆,挂杆的末端上设有挂固件。本实用新型克服了现有太阳能热水器支架不易安装在坡屋顶上的缺陷,具有不影响建筑造型及环境的美观;安装方便、牢固稳定,结构简单,用材省,不影响建筑造型及环境的美观的特点。

太阳能热水器支架
本实用新型涉及到一种太阳能热水器支架。
现有的太阳能热水器的支架均是用前后腿构成的三角形支架,这种结构主要适用安装于平屋顶上。随着现代建筑技术的发展,近年来大部分住宅设计为坡屋顶造型结构,那么现有的结构安装在坡屋顶上就存在着许多不足,如稳定性差、影响建筑造型及环境的美观等,再者,坡屋顶上最有利吸收太阳能的位置是在屋脊上,而由于许多建筑的屋脊上装有避雷网,因此影响了热水器在这一位置的安装。
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种能够适用于坡屋顶上安装使用的太阳能热水器支架。
本实用新型的目的是通过固定有反射板和太阳能集热管的主肢、托架组成的支架来实现的,主肢的下方连有向水箱方向延伸的托架,水箱放置在托架上,托架后段超过水箱,在托架后段上铰接着挂杆,挂杆的末端上设有挂固件。为加强支架的稳定性和方便与屋顶的连接,主肢下方也可以设有挂固件;此外还可以在托架后段和挂杆之间设置连接二者的调节杆。安装时,将主肢安放在坡屋顶向阳一侧,使挂杆处于坡屋顶的另一侧,并根据屋面坡角通过调节杆调整托架和挂杆的角度,挂固件挂在屋脊上或固定在屋顶上,这样整个太阳能热水器就可以牢固地安装在坡屋顶上。
本实用新型同现有的太阳能热水器比较,它可以使集热管靠近屋面并和屋面平行安装,因此不影响建筑造型及环境的美观,适应与现代建筑配套;又由于它省略了支架的后腿,热水器的重心降低,可以方便地通过挂固件固定在屋面上,因此牢固稳定;它的结构比现有技术简单,但是支架整体的稳定性能更好,且用材省;特别是它可以不受屋脊上建造的避雷网影响,使热水器安装在最有利于吸收太阳能的屋脊上。

实施例中,固定着反射板和太阳能集热管(2)的主肢(3)靠近水箱(1)的下方通过连杆(6)连有向水箱(1)方向延伸的托架(7),水箱(1)放置在托架(7)上,托架(7)后段(10)超过最远端的水箱位置,在托架后段(10)上铰接着挂杆(8),挂杆(8)的末端上设有挂固件。在托架后段(10)和挂杆(8)之间设置连接二者的调节杆(9),调节杆(9)上设有多个定位孔,通过定位孔来使托架和挂杆固定成和屋面坡度适应的角度和稳定的结构。主肢(3)下方也设有挂固件(4)固定在屋顶上。当使用在有避雷网(11)的场合时,将主肢(3)安放在坡屋顶(5)向阳一侧,调节挂杆(8)的角度使其穿过避雷网(11)处于坡屋顶的另一侧,挂杆(8)上的挂固件挂在屋面上,这样就可以使太阳能热水器的水箱牢固地安装在坡屋顶的屋脊上。

1、太阳能热水器支架,由固定反射板和太阳能集热管(2)的主肢(3)、托架(7)组成,其特征在于:主肢(3)的下方连有向水箱(1)方向延伸的托架(7),水箱放置在托架(7)上,托架后段(10)超过水箱,在托架后段(7)上铰接着挂杆(8),挂杆(8)的末端上设有挂固件。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器支架,其特征在于:还可以在托架后段(10)和挂杆(8)之间设置连接二者的调节杆(9)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器支架,其特征在于:主肢(3)下方可以设有挂固件(4)。
