本实用新型公开一种可调倾角光伏支架,主要由倾角调节杆、伸缩杆、支撑杆构成呈三角型支架,各杆件由三角连接件和螺栓相连接。该支架适用于光伏电站中对光伏板的安装固定和倾角调整,结构简单合理,加工容易,成本低,调节灵便,稳定性好,可调节光伏板倾角在15°~80°内变化,达到追踪日光,提高发电量的有益效果,值得推广应用。

本实用新型涉及新能源光伏电站中的光伏发电装置,具体讲是一种用于对光伏板进行安装固定和调整倾角的可调倾角光伏支架。
背景技术
新能源光伏电站(通废墟基站、分布式光伏储能基站、屋顶光伏发电等)中的核心部件光伏板离不不开光伏支架的安装固定和倾角调整。随着可用于建设光伏电站的土地越来越少,如何提高单位场地面积的发电量越来越受到业主的关注。虽然光伏追踪系统的应用可以大幅提高发电量,但是过高的前期投入成本和光伏电站运行期间高昂的维护成本往往让业主望而却步。目前市场上可调倾角的光伏支架又存在许多问题:如结构复杂,调节不方便,加工成本高,系统稳定性差等问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单合理、加工容易、成本低,角度调节灵活便、稳定性好的可调倾角光伏支架。
本实用新型的技术方案是:可调倾角光伏支架,其改进之处架主要由倾角调节杆、伸缩杆、支撑杆构成三角型支架,所述伸缩杆由伸缩外杆、伸缩内杆、连接螺栓组成,所述倾角调节杆的下端、伸缩杆的下端分别与位于同一高度的两个底座连接,伸缩杆的上端与倾角调节杆相连,支撑杆的两端分别与伸缩杆和倾角调节杆相连。
所述连接部位为三角连接件和螺栓组成的可拆装结构;述各杆件为断面为U型的型材,侧面有安装孔;所述伸缩杆与水平面夹角α=27°~133°,倾角调节杆的倾角β=15°~80°。
本实用新型主要由型材杆件、底座、连接螺栓构成,结构简单,加工容易、成本低,螺栓紧固后稳定可靠。该支架成对使用,光伏板固定在倾角调节杆上,调节时松开螺栓,控制伸缩杆长度,可调节调节杆的倾角β,即调节光伏板倾角,追踪日光,提高发电量。支架操作方便,调节灵活,杆件长度和安装孔按计算后设定加工,当伸缩杆角度α在27°~133°间变化,可调节β的角度为15°~80°。

具体实施方式
参见附图,可调倾角光伏支架主要由倾角调节杆、伸缩杆、支撑杆构成三角型支架,所述伸缩杆由伸缩内杆1、伸缩外杆2和连接螺栓组成,所述倾角调节杆4的下端、伸缩外杆2的下端分别与位于同一高度的两个底座5连接,伸缩内杆1的上端与倾角调节杆4相连续,支撑杆3的两端分别与伸缩外杆2(或伸缩内杆1)以及倾角调节杆4相连。连接部位为三角连接件6和螺栓组成的可拆培育结构,各杆为断面为U型的型材,侧面有安装孔。使用时,光伏板7安装在倾角调节杆4上,调节三角连接件和伸缩杆长度,使α=133°、β=15°(图1),或α=90°、β=27°(图2),α=90°、β=45°(图3),α=27°、β=80°(图4),即调节光伏板倾角,可追踪日光,提高发电量。

1.一种可调倾角光伏支架,其特征是该支架主要由倾角调节杆、伸缩杆、支撑杆构成三角型支架,所述伸缩杆由伸缩外杆、伸缩内杆、连接螺栓组成,所述倾角调节杆的下端、伸缩杆的下端分别与位于同一高度的两个底座连接,伸缩杆的上端与倾角调节杆相连,支撑杆的两端分别与伸缩杆和倾角调节杆相连。
