Abstract

一种大型帆式风力机,涉及一种风力发电设备的改进,其结构是:在立式转轴上固定有三—四个帆叶,在帆叶框上纵向固定有数个至数十个立轴,每个立轴上有可转动的小帆叶,小帆叶只能在180度范围内转动;其优点是:结构简单、制造技术要求低;现有的风力机风轮是靠升力获得动力,而该风力机是靠风帆的阻力获得动力,适宜大型的风力发电,利用风力效率高。

大型帆式风力机
本实用新型属于发电设备技术领域,涉及一种风力发电设备的改进。
目前,作为风力发电设备一般分为两大主要部分,一是发电机部分,另一是风力机部分,现有的风力发电的风力机均采用涡轮式,其发电的功率取决于风力机上的风轮直径(p=D2/10),直径越大,功率越大,而直径越大对风轮材质的要求越高,制造工艺越难;因此要想生产大功率的风力机就受到一定的限制。另外涡轮式风力机是靠升力获得旋转动力,效率不高。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可用于大功率发电、运转效率高的大型帆式风力机。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
在立式转轴上固定有三—四个帆叶,三个帆叶之间的相互夹角为120度,四个帆叶之间的相互夹角为90度,在帆叶框上纵向固定有数个至数十个立轴,每个立轴上有可转动的小帆叶,并且小帆叶的另一边能搭接在相邻的立轴上,使小帆叶只能在180度范围内转动。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单、制造技术要求低;现有的风力机风轮是靠升力获得动力,而该风力机是靠风帆的阻力获得动力,适宜大型的风力发电,利用风力效率高。

其中:1是立式转轴、2是帆叶、3是帆叶框、4是立轴、5是小帆叶。
当A帆叶与风向呈90度角时,A帆叶上的小帆叶处于搭接闭和状态,风力推动A帆叶带动另两个帆叶及立式转轴顺时针旋转(图2所示),此时B、C帆叶上的小帆叶处于打开和半打开状态,B、C帆叶不产生动力,经旋转120度后,C帆叶与风向呈90度角时,C帆叶上的小帆叶处于搭接闭和状态,风力推动C帆叶带动另两个帆叶,及立式转轴顺时针旋转,以此不间断地带动立式转轴循环转动。

1、一种大型帆式风力机,其特征是:在立式转轴(1)上固定有三—四个帆叶(2),三个帆叶(2)之间的相互夹角为120度,四个帆叶(2)之间的相互夹角为90度,在帆叶框(3)上纵向固定有数个至数十个立轴(4),每个立轴(4)上有可转动的小帆叶(5),并且小帆叶(5)的另一边能搭接在相邻的立轴(4)上,使小帆叶(5)只能在180度范围内转动。
