Abstract

本实用新型为车用空气净化器,涉及空气净化领域。在贮水式洗涤除尘器的基础上,在容器底部增设多排多孔管,使管内空气呈45度角排出,以在容器内分布相对均匀。并在容器内置多层细目筛网,将上升的空气气泡多次切割,使之与水充分混合。其目的是制成体积小,净化效果好的空气净化器。

车用空气净化器
本实用新型涉及一种空气净化装置，尤其是汽车所用的空气净化器。
城市道路是空气污染最严重的地段，汽车开窗行驶司乘人员直接接触污染空气，车窗密闭则因车内空间狭小，含氧不足，也会影响司乘人员健康。目前空气净化装置种类繁多，有电子的、超声波的、负离子的等。《三废处理工程技术手册》(废气卷)介绍了贮水式洗涤除尘器，也以水作为吸附介质，将废气通入水中，经混合后出水的空气即为可以排入大气的空气。但这些均不适宜于汽车上使用，或无法解决含氧不足的问题，或体积庞大，效果不佳。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能适宜于汽车中使用的空气净化装置，不仅体积小，结构简单，净化效率高，而且汽车运行的颠簸震动也不会影响该装置的净化效能。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在容器底部置多排多孔风管，使之与进风口暨进水口相连通。多孔风管之上置多层细目筛网，容器内贮水，水位低于上层筛网，水面之上留出较大空间。抽气机工作时，在容器内形成负压，外界空气就会通过风管进入容器底部多孔风管，继尔进入水中，筛网将上升的空气气泡多次切割，切割成极细气泡，水和空气便能充分混合，使水能充分吸附空气中的可吸入微粒等有害物质。出水空气即为净化空气，经出风口、抽气机、通风管进入车内。水位水质显示仪显示水质混浊，即应更换。容器容积及抽气机功率与车内空间大小相适应。
由于采用上述技术方案，就可以制成体积小，效率高，抗颠簸的汽车用空气净化器。
现结合实施例和附图予以说明。
如附图所示，本实用新型包括抽气机①、容器②、进水口暨进风口③、多孔风管④、筛网⑤、出风口⑥、风管⑦、出水口⑧、水位水质显示仪⑨。使用时，抽气机①开启后，就会在容器②内产生负压，外界的空气就会通过进水口暨进风口③进入容器底部的多孔风管④，并通过孔隙进入水中上升，被多层细目筛网⑤多次切割，气泡被切割得十分细小，达到水和空气的充分混合，使水能充分吸附空气中的有害物质。上层筛网及网上空间能防止水气抽入风管之内。出水空气即为净化空气，经出风口⑥、抽气机①、风管⑦送入车内。

  1. 一种汽车用空气净化器，包括容器及与容器出风口相连接的抽气机，容器所设的进风口暨进水口，以及风管、多孔风管、筛网、排水口、水位水质显示仪，其特征是：在容器底部设多排多孔风管与进风口暨进水口连接，在多孔风管的上方置多层细目筛网。
