本实用新型涉及一种竹材夹紧装置，具体地说涉及一种竹材旋切机用竹材夹紧装置。
中国专利(专利号：88209269.3)公开了一种外驱动竹材单板旋切机，其竹材夹紧装置构造是采用呈三角形布置的三个摆辊抱住竹段方式，驱动竹段逆着旋刀旋转。其不足之处是构造复杂，操作不便。通常的作法是直接用卡盘夹住竹段，这样既造成竹材浪费，夹持又不可靠。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种毛竹旋切夹紧装置，它不仅夹持可靠，而且构造简单、操作简便。
本实用新型的目的是这样实观的：一种毛竹旋切夹紧装置，由中心轴、钉盘、螺母构成。套在中心轴上的竹段两端被两个钉盘夹住，一个钉盘顶住中心轴上凸台，另一个钉盘被螺母紧压。中心轴一端为方头，便于旋切机卡盘卡紧，中心轴另一端有一中心孔，便于旋切机尾架顶住。为增加夹紧力，保证夹持可靠，两个钉盘盘面上有几组沿同直径园周均布的钉。
由于采用上述方案，可以很方便地把竹段夹紧，整个装置，结构简单，操作方便。

1、一种毛竹旋切夹紧装置，其特征在于：一端是方头并带凸台(5)、另一端有中心孔(7)和螺纹的中心轴(1)上，套有两个钉盘(2)、(4)和螺母(6)；套在中心轴(1)的竹段(3)一端通过钉盘(2)顶在凸台(5)上，另一端通过钉盘(4)被螺母(6)压紧。
2、根据权利要求1所述的毛竹旋切夹紧装置，其特征在于：所述的钉盘(2)、(4)其盘面上有几组沿同直径园周均布的钉(8)。
