一种由美耐灯灯体、公接头、母接头、锁紧螺母、电源线接头和尾塞组成的新型美耐灯接头,属于美耐灯连接接头的改进。其中,公接头、母接头分别是由铜质的公针、母针、塑料材料通过注塑在灯体上而成。公针之接触部分被包容在公接头的端部孔内,孔壁上有一道凹槽,用以公母接头对插时对准及导向,公接头端部外圆上有螺纹,用以锁紧公母接头;母针端部没入在母接头的孔中,可以防触电,母接头外圆中部有一圈凸筋,用以挡住锁紧螺母,以便可靠连接,另外母接头外圆端部上有一凸台,用以在公母接头对插时对准及导向。本新型有效地防触电,使用方便、操作简单、成本低。

美耐灯可延接啤注式接头
本实用新型涉及一种新型的美耐灯接头，属于美耐灯连接接头的改进。
现有的美耐灯灯体与灯体、灯体与电源线连接接头的结构形式有二种，一是接头和灯体完全分离式，可以拆卸而暴露带电部件，易导致触电危险；二是接头和灯体完全一体化，不可拆卸式，灯体不可延长，给安装使用带来不便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的美耐灯灯体与灯体、灯体与电源线连接接头，它把公母接头分别注塑固定在一段美耐灯的二端，灯体与灯体、灯体与电源线通过螺母连接起来，既可拆卸，又可杜绝触电危险。
本实用新型美耐灯连接接头是由美耐灯灯体、公接头、母接头、锁紧螺母、电源线接头、尾塞组成。其中，公接头是由铜质公针、塑料材料通过注塑在灯体上而成，公针之接触部分被包容在公接头的端部孔内，孔壁上有一道凹槽，用以公母接头对插时对准及导向，公接头端部外圆上有螺纹，用以锁紧公母接头；母接头是由铜质母针、塑料材料通过注塑在灯体上而成，母针端部没入在母接头的孔中，可以防触电，母接头外圆中部有一圈凸筋，用以挡住锁紧螺母，以便可靠连接，另外母接头外圆端部上有一凸台，用以在公母接头对插时对准及导向；电源线接头与母接头相似；锁紧螺母、尾塞是由塑料材料注塑加工而成。
由于实现了上述方案，本实用新型与现有的美耐灯连接接头比较有如下优点：①因为公母针被包容在接头内，可以更有效地防触电，故对人体及环境更加安全。②因为可拆卸零件少，故使用方便。③因为零件少，故操作简单，生产效率高，成本低。

根据附图所示，美耐灯连接接头是由灯体(1)、母接头(2)、锁紧螺母(4)、公接头(5)、电源线接头(7)、尾塞(8)组成，其中母接头(2)是把母针(3)插入灯体(1)的铜绞线中再用塑料注塑在灯体(1)上而成，公接头(5)是把公针(6)插入灯体(1)的铜绞线中再用塑料注塑在灯体(1)上而成。把母接头(2)的凸台对准公接头(5)的凹槽用力插入到位，把锁紧螺母(4)旋入公接头(5)的螺纹中并到位，即完成灯体(1)与灯体(1)的连接。灯体(1)与电源线接头(7)的连接与上述相同。把尾塞(8)套入母接头(2)的凸筋上，即完成尾部的连接。

1．一种新型的美耐灯可延接啤注式接头，它是由美耐灯灯体、公接头、母接头、锁紧螺母、电源线接头、尾塞组成，其特征在于公接头是由公针、塑料材料通过注塑在灯体上而成，公针之接触部分被包容在公接头的端部孔内，孔壁上有一道凹槽，公接头端部外圆上有螺纹。
2．根据权利要求1所述的美耐灯可延接啤注式接头，其特征在于母接头是由母针、塑料材料通过注塑在灯体上而成，母针端部没入在母接头的孔中，母接头外圆中部有一圈凸筋，另外母接头外圆端部上有一凸台。
