Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种高频脉冲变压器,特别是用于小型点电焊机产生高频脉冲电流变压器。该变压器采用薄铜板绕制线圈,引出线采用多股软漆包线绞合,压扁后与线圈焊接,因此大大减少引出线的分布电容及接触电阻,降低电路的高频损耗,提高工作效率。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种高频脉冲变压器，特别是用于小型点电焊机产生高频脉冲电流的高频脉冲电流变压器。
小型点电焊机的主要部件是为焊头提供可调控脉冲电流的主机，主机由脉冲发生电路及高频脉冲变压器构成。高频脉冲变压器由IE型铁芯及薄铜板绕制的线圈构成，通常采用铜条与铜板焊接作引出线。由于铜条有一定的厚度，不但加工、移动不方便，容易折断，而且铜条引出后还要经多个接头后才能连接在焊头夹上，因此加大电路的分布电容和接触电阻，增加电路上的高频损耗，降低工作效率。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高频脉冲变压器，其引出线牢靠、寿命长，高频损耗少。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型高频脉冲变压器的线圈引出线由多股细铜线或细漆包线绞合压扁焊接而成，为了保证焊接的牢靠程度，可在薄铜板与多股细漆包线或细铜线的接口处由薄铜板嵌住多股漆包线或细铜线引线。
由于采用多股柔软的细漆包线绞合压扁后作为引线，容易弯曲、不易折断，移动方便，高频损耗小。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1为脉冲高频变压器结构图。
图2为脉冲高频变压器薄铜板线圈与引出线连接图。
在图1、图2中，1为IE型铁芯，2为薄铜板绕制的线圈，3为多股细铜线或细漆包线绞合成的引线，其一端压扁焊接在薄铜板线圈上。为了改善引出线与线圈的连接效果，在接口处采取薄铜板片4外包嵌住多股细铜线引线3。
Claims (2)
1．一种高频脉冲变压器，由铁芯及薄铜板绕制成的线圈组成，其特征是薄铜板绕成的线圈的引出线由多股细漆包线或细铜线绞合压扁后焊接而成。
2．一种如权利要求1所述的脉冲变压器，其特征是所述薄铜板与多股细漆包线的接口由薄铜板外包嵌住多股漆包线或细铜线引线。
