本实用新型涉及药材切碎机中粉碎装置的改进。
目前生产、销售、使用的药材切碎机的粉碎装置，仅利用粉碎盘及牙板来粉碎细小药材，对于根块滕类等大件药材要先经过截切，使之切成细短药材后才可进入粉碎箱内粉碎，其操作繁锁且生产效率低。
鉴于现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种可直接粉碎根块滕类的药材切碎机。
本实用新型是以如下方式完成的：本实用新型包括粉碎箱、粉碎盘、粉碎箱盖、设在粉碎箱内壁上的牙板、粉碎进料口、粉碎出料口，在所述的粉碎盘上增设切块刀。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，结构合理巧妙，适用范围广，可直接粉碎任何长短粗细的药材，操作简便快捷。

附图表示了本实用新型的结构，下面再结合实施例对本实用新型的构造及其原理作进一步详细阐述。药材切碎机包括机座8、电机9、传动机构10、切片装置11及粉碎装置12，所述的粉碎装置12包括粉碎箱1、粉碎盘2、粉碎箱盖3、设在粉碎箱1内壁上的牙板4、粉碎进料口5、粉碎出料口6，在所述的粉碎盘2上增设切块刀7。所述的切块刀7由螺钉固定在粉碎盘2上，并随着粉碎盘作圆周运动。本实用新型采用在粉碎盘上增设切块刀，使必须先经过截切的根块滕类药材可直接进入粉碎箱，经切块刀切成细短块后直接粉碎出料，省却了人工截切或配套截切设备，大幅度节约了投资，提高了生产效率，扩大了适用范围，其结构简单巧妙，操作极其简便，可直接粉碎任何长短粗细的根块滕类等药材，是对药材切碎机中粉碎装置的一大改进。
