Abstract
一种非接触读卡装置,包括无源非接触卡与读卡器,无源非接触卡包括编码发送电路1、天线接口2、卡内天线3,读卡器包括发射天线4、高频振荡电路5、数据解调电路6和接收处理电路7。本实用新型电路特别简单,没有专用IC,仅有少量通用分立元件、集成电路和单片机等。它工作可靠、成本低廉,可广泛用于电子门锁、考勤系统、巡更系统和门禁系统等应用场合。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种无源非接触卡及其读卡器装置。
在现有技术中,非接触卡与读卡器均使用专用IC芯片,应用系统成本较高,不易普及推广。
本实用新型的目的,就是提供一种由通用IC和通用电子元件组成的低成本非接触读卡装置。
本实用新型是这样设计的:由无源非接触卡和读卡器组成的一种非接触读卡装置,其特点是所述的无源非接触卡包括实现数据串行编码发送的编码发送电路1,起整流供电与接口作用的天线接口2、感应高频电压的卡内天线3;所述的读卡器包括发射电磁波的发射天线4,产生高频振荡的高频振荡电路5,解调串行数据的解调电路6,由单片机组成的完成数据接收处理的接收处理电路7。
本实用新型由于巧妙的电路设计,使结构简单、成本低廉,工作可靠,其有效读卡距离与工作电压有关,一般为2~10cm。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
1、向无源非接触卡供电:
高频振荡电路5与发射天线4工作时向外发射电磁波。卡内天线3靠近发射天线4时感应出高频电压,经过天线接口2整流稳压后向编码发送电路1供电。
2、读取卡中数据:
编码发送电路1产生的串行数据送天线接口2,通过调制卡内天线3从电磁波中吸取的能量来调制高频振荡电路5的工作电流。数据解调电路6从高频振荡电路5的工作电流中解调出串行数据。数据送由单片机组成的接收处理电路7完成整个读卡过程。
3、实施例:
附图3是本实用新型的一个实施例,也是一个实际应用的实例。在本例中,读卡器能以非接触方式(距离2-10cm),读取卡中编码IC的编码状态数据。整套装置电路简单,成本低廉,可广泛用于仅需读取ID号的场合,如电子门锁、考勤系统、巡更系统和门禁系统等。
在无源非接触卡电路中,集成块U1、电阻R1、R2和电容C1等组成产生串行数据的编码发送电路1。天线接口2很简单,只有二极管D1和发光二极管LED1两个元件组成,二极管D1完成整流供电,发光二极管LED1完成发送调制兼指示。由于集成块U1的工作电压宽(4.5-15V),工作电流小(<400uA),这里省去了稳压滤波电路。卡内天线3由印制在电路板上的环形线圈L1与谐振电容C2组成。如不需指示,发光二极管LED1也可省去,用短路线代替。
在读卡器电路中,印制在电路板上的环形线圈L2A与L2B、谐振电容C3与高频扼流圈L3组成发射天线4。三极管T1与T2、电阻R3与R4、电容C4和C5组成对称推挽式高频振荡电路5。数据解调电路6由电阻R5、R6、R7,电容C6、C7和比较器U2等组成。解调出的编码数据经比较器U2输出端OUT送至单片计算机。对有些内藏比较器的单片机(如89C2051等)还可进一步省去比较器U2。
本例非接触卡中编码IC使用的是MC145026,能产生19683个ID号。也可选用ET206、PT2262、YYH26、KD12E、YN5103、HT640等低功耗编码IC构成无源非接触卡。如使用YYH26则最多可产生4194304个ID号。
Claims (9)
1、一种非接触读卡装置,包括无源非接触卡和读卡器,其特征在于:所述的无源非接触卡包括实现数据串行编码发送的编码发送电路(1),起整流供电与接口作用的天线接口(2)、感应高频电压的卡内天线(3);所述的读卡器包括发射电磁波的发射天线(4),产生高频振荡的高频振荡电路(5),解调串行数据的解调电路(6),由单片机组成的完成数据接收处理的接收处理电路(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种非接触读卡装置,其特征在于所述的编码发送电路(1)包括集成块(U1)及其外围电阻(R1、R2)和外围电容(C1)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种非接触读卡装置,其特征在于所述的天线接口(2)包括整流供电二极管(D1),用于发送调制兼指示的发光二极管(LED1)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的一种非接触读卡装置,其特征在于所述的卡内天线(3)由印制在无源非接触卡电路板上的环形线圈(L1)与谐振电容(C2)组成。
5、根据权利要求4所述的一种非接触读卡装置,其特征在于所述的发射天线(4)包括印制在读卡器电路板上的环形线圈(L2A)与(L2B),谐振电容(C3)与高频扼流圈(L3)。
6、根据权利要求5所述的一种非接触读卡装置,其特征在于所述的高频振荡电路(5)是由三极管(T1、T2)、电阻(R3、R4)、电容(C4、C5)组成的对称推挽式高频振荡电路。
7、根据权利要求6所述的一种非接触读卡装置,其特征在于所述的数据解调电路(6)包括比较器(U2),电阻(R5,R6,R7),电容(C6、C7)。
8、根据权利要求2所述的一种非接触读卡装置,其特征在于所述的集成块(U1)为低功耗编码集成电路。
9、根据权利要求3所述的一种非接触读卡装置,其特征在于所述的发光二极管LED1可以省略,用短路线代替。
