本实用新型涉及一种金属材料箱体，尤其是一种在户内及户外恶劣环境下安装使用的金属箱体。
公知的金属箱体，例如在户外安装使用的金属配电箱，其箱体是由单层金属面板组成。这种结构的箱体完全不具有防低温、隔高热的防护性能。在户、内外恶劣环境下安装使用，容易使箱体变形老化，并直接损坏箱体内的元器件，从而影响和停止配电系统的正常使用。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种金属双夹层箱体，使其具有防水、防尘、防低温、隔高热性能，能适应在户内、外恶劣环境下安装使用的要求。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案如下：一种金属双夹层箱体，构成箱体的各个面板由金属材料外层和金属材料内层组成，在外层和内层之间具有蜂窝结构，在蜂窝结构与外层之间以及蜂窝结构与内层之间均具有胶粘接层。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型金属双夹层箱体具有二层金属层，夹在二金属层之间的蜂窝结构通过胶的化学作用、分别与二层金属板粘接牢固。这样不仅增加了箱体的抗撞击强度，而且由于蜂窝结构能隔热保温，使箱体不仅能防尘、防水，还能防低温、隔高热。与现有的普通金属箱体相比，不仅节约金属材料，还降低了成本。本实用新型箱体具有多种高防护等级性能，特别适用于电力电子及自动化配电系统在户内、外安装时对配电成套设备的特殊要求，可以保护和延长箱体及箱体内元器件的使用寿命。

图1所和图2所示为本实用新型金属双夹层箱体的一个实施例，该箱体为一金属配电箱，其各个面板由金属材料外层1和金属材料内层2组成，在外层1和内层2之间具有蜂窝结构3，蜂窝结构3与内层2及外层1之间均有胶粘接层4。
本实用新型箱体的制作过程为：首先将箱体面板分组粘接，即将面板内层和外层金属材料通过半液态新型胶在蜂窝结构两侧分别进行粘接，待压平和固化后，再焊接面板，并经一级磨光，二级抛光等工艺制成整体双夹层结构箱体。该箱体可具有不同规格要求，并根据使用的需要，在箱体各相应部位开通风窗，或在防雨人字型顶棚开排风眼，以形成箱体内空气对流。
本实用新型适用于在户、内外安装使用的金属箱体。
