Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种远红外保健保暖服装材料。由面料中间体、毛绒组成。在上、下面料中间有不少于一层的中间体,中间体为针织网状布、无纺布或乳胶膜,在中间体上通过针刺植有涂有远红外的毛绒。本实用新型解决了现有保暖服装材料伸缩性差或保暖性差的缺点且工艺简单、成本低廉。

远红外保健保暖服装材料
本实用新型涉及一种服装材料。具体地说是一种将远红外技术用于服装的材料。
保暖服装材料在目前的市场已层出不穷，但有些材料使用塑料薄膜作中间体，因其可伸缩性差，穿在身上有压抑感另一些材料使用针刺植绒单纯靠空气层来保暖，其效果欠佳。
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种利用远红外技术保暖性能好的保暖服装材料。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方法实现的：在上、下面料中间有不少于一层的中间体，其材料采用针织网状布、无纺布或乳胶膜，在中间体上通过针刺植绒，将涂有远红外的毛绒植在中间体上。由于采用针织网状布、无纺布或乳胶膜作中间体，它们具有较强的伸缩性，穿着时无压抑感，毛绒上因涂有远红外材料既有保暖性较强的空气层又有反射人体热辐射的远红外材料，大大提高保暖性能。因使用了远红外材料，它对人体具有一定的保健作用。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步阐述。

参见图1，在上、下面料1中间，有不少于一层的中间体2其材料为针织网状布、无纺布或乳胶膜，在中间体上通过针刺植有涂有远红外的毛绒3。
另一实施例见图2，在上、下面料1中间，有两层中间体2、3其材料为针织网状布、无纺布或乳胶膜，在上层中间体上2通过针刺植有毛绒4，在下层中间体上3通过针刺植有涂有远红外的毛绒5。

Claims (2)

1，一种远红外保健保暖服装材料，由面料、中间体、毛绒组成，其特征在于：在上、下面料中间有不少于一层的中间体，中间体上通过针刺植有涂有远红外的毛绒。
2，按权利要求1所述的保暖服装材料，其特征：中间体为针织网状布、无纺布或乳胶膜。
