本实用新型公开了一种承荷探测电缆,它包括多根相互绝缘的线芯,和套装在所述多根线芯外的垫层,以及缠绕在所述垫层外表的钢丝铠装,在所述每根线芯的外表涂敷有一层由半导体材料制成的屏蔽层。本实用新型由于采用上述结构特征,从而使得每根线芯之间具有屏蔽作用,消除了承荷探测电缆在交流供电时所造成的传输测量数据不准确,图像显示失真等现象的发生。

承荷探测电缆
本实用新型涉及一种电缆,具体说是一种承荷探测电缆。
以前,承荷探测电缆一般采用直流供电,多根线芯间不存在电干扰的问题。近年来,为了操作及转换方便,供电方式逐步转向交流供电,这样线芯间干扰问题就显现出来,造成测量数据不准确,图像显示失真,若采用在线芯外表绕包金属带(丝)的传统办法来增加屏蔽层,则势必要增加所述电缆的直径,这种屏蔽方式不适用于承荷探测电缆。
本实用新型的目的就在于针对上述现有技术所存在的不足而提供一种线芯之间具有相互屏蔽作用的承荷探测电缆。
本实用新型的目的可通过以下技术方案实现:
本实用新型包括多根相互绝缘的线芯,和套装在所述多根线芯外的垫层,以及缠绕在所述垫层外表的钢丝铠装,在所述每根线芯的外表涂敷有一层由半导体材料制成的屏蔽层。
本实用新型的优点就在于在所述每根线芯的外表涂敷有一层由半导体材料制成的屏蔽层,从而使得每根线芯之间具有屏蔽作用,消除了承荷探测电缆在交流供电时所造成的传输测量数据不准确,图像显示失真等现象的发生。
