紫外线－蒸汽砧板、刀具消毒柜,由箱体和箱门构成,在上、下箱体内分别带有紫外线发生器和蒸汽发生器。该产品用于厨房用具的杀菌消毒。由于采用高温和低温两种杀菌方式,可根据各种菌类的不同抗性进行杀灭。以保障人们的身体健康,防止病从口入。克服了现有产品杀菌方式单一的问题。

紫外线-蒸汽砧板、刀具消毒柜
本实用新型涉及厨房用砧板、刀具消毒柜的设计与制造技术领域。
目前人们在生活中厨房所用的砧板、刀具等，大都在用完后随意放置，这样难免在暴露的空气中滋生或沾染各种细菌或病菌，影响人们的身体健康。另外，现有的一些厨房用消毒柜，如碗筷杀菌柜、箱等又存在着消毒方式单一的缺陷。如采用红外线或者是紫外线发生器，或者是臭氧发生器等。目前还没有与本实用新型相同产品在市场上销售或在人们生活中使用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有双项消毒灭菌功能的菜墩、刀具消毒柜，以根据病菌的不同抗性，选择不同的杀灭方式。
本实用新型的结构如附图所示：整个产品由箱体(2)和箱门(1)组成。箱体内带有一隔板，将箱体分为上下二个部分。具体是在箱体(2)的上部带有控制面板(5)。面板上带有时间显示屏(6)、消毒程序控制器(7)、定时器(8)、消毒指示灯(9)以及电源指示灯(10)。在上箱体内带有紫外线发生器(4)。在下箱体内带有蒸汽发生器(3)。蒸汽发生器采用电热管式。本实用新型的使用方法简单。当接通电源后，电源指示灯亮。然后根据对不同菌种采取何种杀灭方式的需要，而在上箱体和下箱体存放不同用具。如对易滋生各种霉菌的砧板可放置在上箱体，由紫外线或蒸汽杀灭或抑制霉菌的滋生。刀具或碗筷可放置在下箱体用蒸汽将病菌杀灭。当放置后，再调整定时器，确定杀菌所用时间。再启动紫外线发生器或蒸汽发生器，消毒指示灯表示消毒过程开始。即可对厨房用具进行灭菌处理。
本实用新型结构简单，设计合理。由于采用紫外线和蒸汽，也就是用高温和低温两种灭菌方式。可针对不同细菌的抗性来采用不同的杀灭方式。这样既可有效地杀灭不同种类细菌，确保人们的身体健康，又克服了现有产品杀灭细菌方式单一的问题。

本实用新型的箱体为金属制，其它的如紫外线发生器、蒸汽发生器、电源指示灯、时间显示屏等均为标准或通用件。参照本说明书及附图，按金属加工的公知技术进行加工、组装即可再现。
