Abstract
一种新型杀虫、灭菌烟弹,在具有阻燃性能的圆柱形塑料弹体内装有杀虫、灭菌药柱,药柱中间有一上下的中心圆孔,用于排放杀虫、灭菌烟剂。具有结构简单、操作方便、低毒、易引燃、不断燃、发烟迅速、安全可靠等特点。主要用于室内灭杀蟑螂、蚊蝇、蚂蚁等虫害及蔬菜大棚内灭菌。
Description
本实用新型为一种化学药剂杀虫、灭菌烟弹。主要用于室内灭杀蟑螂、蚊蝇、蚂蚁等虫害及蔬菜大棚内灭菌。
目前,公知的杀虫、灭菌烟弹所用的药剂有气雾剂、喷射剂、粉剂、粒剂、毒饵、涂抹剂和烟剂等,但大多数为粉状烟剂、块或片状烟剂和烟弹都不能快速发烟。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作方便、易引燃、快速发烟、安全可靠的室内灭杀虫害及蔬菜大棚内灭菌的烟雾弹。克服了已有杀虫或灭菌药片、粉剂使用不安全运输困难和热烟雾机等燥音大操作复杂价格昂贵等缺点。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在具有阻燃性能的硬塑料外壳内(图1-3),将按比例混合的杀虫、灭菌药剂压制成中间有一上下连通的同心孔柱的圆柱体药柱(图1-2),在药柱上方压制一层1.5g左右的引燃药,然后用阻燃的硬塑料顶盖(图1-1)盖上卡住药柱;对塑料壳体(图1-3)的要求是烟剂引燃20s内不因受热而融化。引燃后发烟时间不大于1min。
药柱有以下几种类型:
(1)用硝酸钾、脲素、氧化镁、高岭土、聚酯、高效氯氰菊酯压制成杀虫药柱,各组份重量配比为:20~22%∶32~34%∶3~5%∶38~40%∶0.5~1.5%∶1~3%;主要用于室内灭杀蟑螂、蚊蝇、蚂蚁等虫害。
(2)用硝酸钾、脲素、氧化镁、高岭土、聚酯、异菌脲[3-(3,5-二氯苯基)-N-异丙基-2,4-氧代咪唑烷-1-羧酰胺]压制成灭菌药柱,各组份重量配比为:20~22%∶32~34%∶3~5%∶33~35%∶0.5~1.5%∶9~11%;主要用于蔬菜大棚内灭杀灰霉菌。
(3)用硝酸钾、脲素、氧化镁、高岭土、聚酯、霜脲-锰锌压制成灭菌药柱,各组份重量配比为:20~22%∶32~34%∶3~5%∶23~25%∶0.5~1.5%∶19~21%;主要用于蔬菜大棚内灭杀霜霉菌、灰霉菌。霜脲-锰锌由霜脲氰[1-(2-氰基-2-甲氧基亚氨基)-3-乙基脲]与代森锰锌(乙撑双二硫代氨基甲酸锰与锌盐的多元配位化合物)复配而成。
(4)用硝酸钾、脲素、氧化镁、高岭土、聚酯、百菌清(四氯-1,3-苯二甲氰)压制成灭菌药柱,各组份重量配比为:20~22%∶32~34%∶3~5%∶23~25%∶0.5~1.5%∶19~21%;主要作为蔬菜大棚内广谱性杀菌剂。
本实用新型具有以下特点:
1.引燃方便。不用明火,也不使用点火具,只需要点燃的普通香头从顶盖圆孔中轻轻接触药柱上方一层白色引燃药,则可立即点燃药柱。
2.不起火燃烧。引燃后烟剂发烟时没有明火燃烧现象发生,因烟弹药柱卡在具有阻燃性能的硬塑料壳中,避免整体药柱起火现象发生。
3.有效成烟率高。由于药柱中间有一上下连通的圆孔,其余均被硬塑料外壳卡紧;点燃后可使药柱立体燃烧发烟,烟从硬塑料外壳上下两端圆孔中释放出来,形成高速烟气流,高效杀虫、灭菌剂随烟气流迅速脱离受热区,并扩散到室内空间,提高有效成烟率和烟雾扩散速度。发烟适中,发烟时间不大于1min。
4.安全性能好。由于药柱外包装了硬塑料壳并被卡紧,减弱了机械摩擦和冲击强度,撞击感度和机械性能较好;烟剂不易吸潮,不会发生自燃,热贮存稳定性较好,使得该烟弹使用、运输与贮存更加安全。
实例1:
用21%硝酸钾、34%脲素、5%氧化镁、38%高岭土、0.5%聚酯、1.5%高效氯氰菊酯压制成药柱,装入具有阻燃性能的硬塑料弹壳内,并用顶盖卡紧药柱,即可制成杀虫烟弹。在上海东海舰队某部舰艇上一间宿舍里点燃施放一枚杀虫烟弹,封闭30min后,蚊蝇、蟑螂灭杀率为100%。实例2:
用22%硝酸钾、34%脲素、3%氧化镁、39%高岭土、1%聚酯、1%高效氯氰菊酯压制成药柱,装入具有阻燃性能的硬塑料弹壳内,并用顶盖卡紧药柱,即可制成杀虫烟弹。在海南榆林基地某部舰艇上一间仓库里点燃施放一枚杀虫烟弹,封闭30min后,蚊蝇、蟑螂灭杀率为100%。

Claims (5)
1.一种杀虫、灭菌烟弹,其特征是:在阻燃的圆柱形硬塑料外壳内装有一个中间有一上下连通的同心孔柱的圆柱体药柱,药柱上方压制一层引燃药,并用阻燃的硬塑料顶盖盖上卡住药柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫、灭菌烟弹,其特征是使用的杀虫药柱由硝酸钾、脲素、氧化镁、高岭土、聚酯、高效氯氰菊酯压制而成,各组份重量配比为:20~22%∶32~34%∶3~5%∶38~40%∶0.5~1.5%∶1~3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫、灭菌烟弹,其特征是使用的灭菌药柱由硝酸钾、脲素、氧化镁、高岭土、聚酯、异菌脲压制而成,各组份重量配比为:20~22%∶32~34%∶3~5%∶33~35%∶0.5~1.5%∶9~11%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫、灭菌烟弹,其特征是使用的灭菌药柱由硝酸钾、脲素、氧化镁、高岭土、聚酯、霜脲-锰锌压制而成,各组份重量配比为:20~22%∶32~34%∶3~5%∶23~25%∶0.5~1.5%∶19~21%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫、灭菌烟弹,其特征是使用的灭菌药柱由硝酸钾、脲素、氧化镁、高岭土、聚酯、百菌清压制而成,各组份重量配比为:20~22%∶32~34%∶3~5%∶23~25%∶0.5~1.5%∶19~21%。
