Abstract
一种复合曲面槽太阳能集热器。本集热器主要由菲涅耳角反射曲面槽和长条形集热导板组成。在反射槽底部中央沿槽的纵向横立安放集热导板,该板上有可供换热介质流过的通道。由本复合曲面形成的光反射槽,可将较大面积的太阳光及散射日光反射至集热导板上,从而可将换热介质加热到90~200℃的温度供工业等场所使用。本集热器为免跟踪的。同现有集热器相比,可在提高光热吸收转换率的同时,提高能量品位、简化结构、降低成本。
Description
本实用新型涉及太阳能光热利用领域。
现有太阳能集热器,主要有平板式、闷晒式、热管式及真空管式,所加热的水是仅能满足人们生活洗浴之用的、约40~70℃的低温水。另也有用抛物曲面槽聚焦太阳光热的装置,它是在抛物曲面反射槽的聚焦中心线上置放集热水管,这种结构虽能提高管中换热介质的温度,但其存在聚光交线必须跟踪太阳的视运动,且有对散射光无法利用的缺陷。
本实用新型的目的就是要在优化创新以上集热器结构,降低成本的同时,较大地提高光热吸收转换率,从而使被加热的液体介质达到90~200℃的高温,以满足工业生产等场所的用热需要。
本集热器采用菲涅耳角反射(积分)复合曲面反射槽结构,在反射槽底部中央沿槽的纵向横立安装集热导板,集热导板上有供气、液体换热介质流动的通道。当较大面积的太阳光及散射光照射到反射曲面槽上时,经反射汇集至集热导板上,集热导板将其吸收的热量通过热交换传递给用热设备。因采用了菲涅尔角反射复合曲面槽的结构,故本集热装置无需跟踪结构系统也能有良好的接收光热能的效果,并能有效地提高散射光的利用率。

结合附图的说明:集热导板(1)由金属板复合或用金属材料直接拉制而成,板上有供热交换用的液、气体介质流动的通道。复合曲面反射槽(2)内侧面镀高反射膜,也可贴装镀有高反射膜的成型材料。架设复合曲面反射槽(2)的支座可用金属材料或其它工程材料制成。

- 一种复合曲面槽太阳能集热器,其主要由复合曲面反射槽(2)与集热导板(1)构成,其特征是:复合曲面反射槽(2)的横截面线形为菲涅耳角反射(积分)复合曲线;集热导板(1)在复合曲面反射槽(2)的底部中央沿槽体纵向横立放置。
