本实用新型涉及一种微孔可变曝气盘。它包括橡胶膜片、单向阀、支座、楔板、导流支托板,支座与楔板相匹配,支座内安装有单向阀,单向阀上面设导流支托板和橡胶膜片,橡胶膜片上开有均匀密布的呈“S”形微孔。本实用新型具有系统可永久保持清洁的特点。用于曝气池的污水处理。

Description

微孔可变曝气盘
本实用新型属于一种曝气池污水处理工程中,能将低风量产生高溶氧的曝气装置。
目前现有的微孔盘由橡校膜片、单向阀、支座、楔板组成,其中曝气膜片的微孔一般为工型或圆形。这种微孔曝气盘当配气管开始充气时,膜片向上鼓起释放微细气泡运动能力不太强,而且微细杂物有可能通过微孔直接进入膜内。而且楔板上无止退牙,在曝气时产生强烈振动可能导致楔板脱离底座,从而使曝气盘弹出曝气管。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种充氧能力强,楔板与底座可靠固定的微孔可变曝气盘。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所提供的技术方案是:一种微孔可变曝气盘,它包括橡胶膜片、单向阀、支座、楔板、导流支托板,支座与楔板相匹配,支座内安装有单向阀,单向阀上面设导流支托板和橡胶膜片,橡胶膜片上开有均匀密布的呈“S”形微孔。与现有技术相比较,由于本实用新型采取自清功能“S”型微孔,当鼓风机打入空气时,使S型微孔释放1~3mm微型气泡,其运动方向成螺旋状,使气泡充分水混合,增强溶氧能力;当暂停打气时,胶膜孔隙闭合,污水无法渗入空气管路;鼓风机遭到行打气时,膜片再度释放气泡,并将膜片表面上沉淀泥及生化杂物弹开,整个曝气系统永久不需清理与维修。另外,底座与配气管连接的楔板上有两道止退牙,它可以使楔板将底座与配气管牢固地连接在一起,不会发生相互脱离的危险。

图1所示的微孔可变曝气盘,主要由橡胶膜片1、单向阀2、支座3、楔板4、导流支托板5等组成,支座3由ABS塑料制成,支座3与单向阀2之间还设有密封圈8。图2所示的橡胶膜片1上密布有“S”形的微孔6。图3、图4、图5所示的楔板4上有两道止退牙7,它可以使楔板4将支座3与配气管牢固地连接在一起,即使支座3与配气管有较大间隙也不会发生脱离的危险。

1.一种微孔可变曝气盘,它包括橡胶膜片(1)、单向阀(2)、支座(3)、楔板(4)、导流支托板(5),支座(3)与楔板(4)相匹配,支座(4)内安装有单向阀(2),单向阀(2)上面设导流支托板(5)和橡胶膜片(1),其特征是橡胶膜片(1)上开有均匀密布的呈“S”形微孔(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微孔可变曝气盘,其特征是所述的楔板(4)上设有止退牙(7)。
