Abstract
一种具有包覆夹头的电钻座壳,主要包括第一座壳和第二座壳。两座壳的壳体左右相对,并接后形成一空间,内置电池底座、控制器、马达、传动齿轮组、扭力调整环、夹头。第一座壳与第二座壳前端各向前延伸一体的夹头护片,其端缘形成相对的半圆嵌口,包覆并接在夹头两侧上,使夹头内藏于夹头护片中,达到夹头运转时能保护使用者的安全。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种电动工具的结构,更具体地说涉及电钻座壳结构。
常用的电钻60与夹头61的配合方式主要是借助夹头61直接螺接在电钻60上,经电钻60的动力输出,达到夹头61的运转的目的。使用此方法进行钻削,夹头61以整体外露方式夹设钻头旋转,若使用者握错旋转的夹头,极易扭伤手部。因此,使用者必须注意手握位置的正确。夹头61旋转时,其钻屑易旋转缠绕在夹头61上,导致使用者受伤的情况屡有发生。
为了克服现有电钻的上述缺点,本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种改进式电钻结构。
本实用新型另一目的是提供一种一体安全的电钻座壳结构。该结构藉以座壳前端延伸一体的夹头护片,可包覆并接在夹头两侧上,使夹头内藏于夹头护片内,不但可防止灰尘,而且在夹头运转时能保护使用者的安全。
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种具有包覆夹头的电钻座壳结构,主要包括第一座壳与第二座壳,该两座壳系相对的左右壳体,并接后形成一空间,内置电池座、控制器、马达、传动齿轮组、扭力调整环、夹头。第一座壳与第二座壳前端各向前延伸一体的夹头护片,该夹头护片的端缘形成相对的半圆嵌口,包覆并接于夹头两侧上,夹头内藏于夹头护片中;夹头护片设有槽口;夹头前端套设一旋向指示灯环,该指示环等分突设有二旋耳,该旋耳左、右两侧面涂有双色颜料,使夹头正反旋转时,旋耳可呈相对摆转,以显示不同颜色的旋向指示;指示环由橡胶制成;电钻座壳上设有旋向指示灯,该指示灯内设有双色发光体,可连接控制器,当夹头正反转时,显示不同灯色的旋向指示。
本实用新型具有下列优点:
1、本实用新型所设计的夹头护片的槽口,可显露扭力调整环,以形成扭力调整环的旋转空间。
2、夹头护片11、11′可包覆并接夹头30,使夹头30内藏于夹头护片11、11′内。在使用中不仅增加手握面积,且可减少夹头30的运转面积及无铁屑缠绕的危险。
3、夹头30内藏于夹头护片11、11′中,仅突露出上壳体35,使夹头调整为正常或冲击使用模式,故运转面积小,不易看出夹头30转向。
4、电钻座壳具有旋向显示功能。设置有指示环,该指示环等分突设有两旋耳,在旋耳左右两侧涂有不同颜色。在夹头正反转时,旋耳呈相对摆动,可显示不同颜色的旋向指示。
5、旋向显示的电钻座壳结构具有双色指示灯,可连接控制器,在夹头正反转时,可显示不同灯色的旋向指示。

下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图2、3、4、5、6所示,电钻座壳结构主要包括第一座壳10和第二座壳10′,两座壳系相对的左、右壳体,并接后形成一容置空间,供内置电池底座20、控制器21、马达22、传动齿轮组23、扭力调整环24及夹头30。
其中,第一座壳10与第二座壳10′前端各向前延伸一体式的夹头护片11、11′的端缘形成相对的半圆嵌口12、12′,藉以固定螺丝25予以包覆并锁接于夹头30两侧,使夹头30内藏于夹头护片11、11′中,达到夹头30安全运转。夹头护片11、11′各设有槽口13、13′,使其恰好显露扭力调整环24,以形成扭力调整环24的旋转空间。该半圆嵌口12、12′上设有数轴向之嵌槽14、14′,供与具有滑槽16的金属滑块15嵌置。
另该夹头30主要由本体31、夹爪32、螺座33、螺座护圈331、弹簧341、冲击环34、上壳体35、耐磨环圈36及套筒座37组成。其中该冲击环34的齿条342可轴向滑动于滑块15的滑槽16内,形成旋向限位。
夹头护片11、11′可包覆并接夹头30,使夹头30内藏于夹头护片11、11′内。在使用中不仅增加手握面积,且可减少夹头30的运转面积及无铁屑缠绕的危险。
如图7、8所示,夹头30内藏于夹头护片11、11′中,仅突露出上壳体35,使夹头调整为正常或冲击使用模式,故运转面积小,不易看出夹头30转向。
本实用新型还包括一旋向指示环40、指示灯50。其中指示环40由橡胶制成,可套设于夹头的套筒座37的定位槽371上,其上端有旋耳41、41′。两旋耳的侧面分别涂有两种不同颜色。当夹头30正反旋转时,塑性的旋耳41、41′受离心力作用产生相对摆转,呈现不同颜色的旋向指示。指示灯50系内设双色发光体51、51′,可供连接控制器21,当夹头30正转时(如图9、10所示),可经控制器21控制,而分别使双色发光体闪亮,显示不同灯色的旋向指示。旋耳41、41′与发光体51、51′的旋向颜色的两种相同的颜色为最佳,以维持前后一致的旋向颜色,便于使用者识别。
Claims (6)
1、一种具有包覆夹头的电钻座壳结构,主要包括第一座壳(10)与第二座壳(10′),该两座壳系相对的左右壳体,并接后形成一空间,内置电池座(20)、控制器(21)、马达(22)、传动齿轮组(23)、扭力调整环(24)、夹头(30),其特征在于第一座壳(10)与第二座壳(10′)前端各向前延伸一体的夹头护片(11、11′),该夹头护片(11、11′)的端缘形成相对的半圆嵌(12、12′),包覆并接于夹头(30)两侧上,夹头(30)内藏于夹头护片中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的包覆夹头的电钻座壳结构,其特征在于夹头护片(11、11′)设有槽口(13、13′)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的包覆夹头的电钻座壳结构,其特征在于夹头(30)前端套设一旋向指示环(40),该指示环等分突设有二旋耳(41、41′),该旋耳(41、41′)左、右两侧面涂有双色颜料,使夹头(30)正反旋转时,旋耳(41、41′)可呈相对摆转,以显示不同颜色的旋向指示。
4、根据权利要求4所述的包覆夹头的电钻座壳结构,其特征在于指示环(40)由橡胶制成。
5、根据权利要求1所述的包覆夹头的电钻座壳结构,其特征在于电钻座壳上设有旋向指示灯(50),该指示灯内设有双色发光体(51、51′),可连接控制器(21),当夹头(30)正反转时,显示不同灯色的旋向指示。
6、根据权利要求3或5所述的包覆夹头的电钻座壳结构,其特征在于旋耳(41、41′)与发光体(51、51′)的旋向颜色为相同的二种颜色为佳。
