Abstract

一种大棚自动卷帘机是对现有卷帘机的改进,它包括主机,主机连接着卷轴,它的特点是在大棚上方架设一个吊轨,在吊轨上安装有滑车,滑车连接着固定架的一端,其另一端连接着主机,本实用新型不受大棚坡度的影响可自由的卷起、放下,操作十分方便,同时它不安装在后坡和后墙上所以对后坡和后墙要求不高,不需十分坚固,另外它结构简单,造价低。

本实用新型涉及一种卷帘机。
目前使用的大棚卷帘机大都采用将其安装在大棚顶部，用绳子将草帘拉卷上去，这种卷帘机只能向上拉，然而放下来比较困难，因为大棚的坡度都比较小，而且这种卷帘机成本较高。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作方便，成本低的卷帘机。
本实用新型包括主机，主机连接着卷轴，它的特点在于在大棚的上方架一个吊轨，在吊轨上设有滑车，滑车连接固定架的一端，其另一端连接着主机。
使用时，首先将保温帘和绳子的上端固定在大棚的后坡和后墙上，另一端固定在卷轴上，然后开动主机带动卷轴旋转，即可将保温帘卷起或放下，同时带动主机沿吊轨上下运动，从而达到大棚保温帘开启覆盖的目的。
本实用新型有如下优点：(1)由于保温帘直接卷在卷轴上与主机一起沿吊轨上下运动，所以不受大棚坡度的影响，可使保温帘很方便的卷起、放下，省时省力，操作十分方便；(2)由于卷帘机不安装在大棚的后墙和后坡上，所以大棚后坡和后墙不十分坚固也没有问题；(3)本实用新型结构简单，造价低。

附图1为本实用新型的结构示意图。
附图给出的实施例它包括主机1，主机连接着卷轴2，其特点是在大棚3的上方架设吊轨4，在吊轨上设有滑车5，滑车连接固定架6的一端，其另一端连接着主机1。
