一种大棚自走式电动、手动卷帘机,它属于大棚卷帘装置,它包括主机,主机连接卷轴,在卷轴上连接着卷带,在大棚斜面上安装有可供主机在其上运动的道轨,另外在主机上还可安装手把,也可用支撑杆代替道轨,即在大棚一侧固定一可转动的支撑杆,一端固定,另一端连接主机,本实用新型操作方便,省时省力,不受大棚坡度影响,不受大棚主体结构影响,使用面广,结构简单,造价低。

大棚自走式电动、手动卷帘机
本实用新型涉及一种大棚卷帘装置。
目前使用的大棚卷帘机都采用固定式的，将其安装在大棚顶上，将草帘拉卷上去，这种卷帘机，只能拉上去，放下来比较困难，特别是对于坡度较小的大棚，而且成本较高。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作方便的卷帘机。
本实用新型包括主机，主机连接卷轴，卷轴上连接有卷带，它的特点是在大棚的斜面上安装有道轨，主机安装在道轨上，并可自由上下运动。也可以在大棚一侧固定可转动的支撑杆代替道轨，支撑杆的一端固定，另一端连接主机，另外在主机上可安装手把，以备在没有电时使用。
使用时首先将保温层一端固定到卷轴上，开动主机带动卷轴转动，即可将保温层卷起或放开，同时带动主机沿道轨运动，从而达到大棚保温层开启、覆盖的目的，如果用支撑杆代替道轨，同样在开启主机后带动卷轴转动，将保温层卷起或放下，同时带动支撑杆使主机沿大棚斜面上下运动，从而达到保温层开启、覆盖的目的。
本实用新型有如下优点：(1)由于保温层直接卷在卷轴上与主机一起上下运动，所以不受大棚坡度的影响，使保温层很方便的卷起、放开，省时省力，操作十分方便，使用面广；(2)本实用新型结构简单，造价低。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1为本实用新型的结构示意图；
图2为本实用新型的另一个实施例的结构示意图。
图1给出的实施例它包括主机5，主机连接卷轴4，在卷轴上连接着卷带3，在大棚斜面上安装有道轨6，主机在道轨上可上下运动，另外还可安装手把7，供在没有电的情况下使用。
图2为另一个实施例，可用支撑杆8代替道轨，即在大棚一侧固定一可转动的支撑杆8，支撑杆的一端固定，另一端连接在主机上。

1、大棚自走式电动、手动卷帘机，它包括主机(5)，主机连接着卷轴(4)，在卷轴上连接着卷带(3)，其特征在于在大棚(1)斜面上安装有供主机在其上运动的道轨(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的大棚自走式电动、手动卷帘机，其特征在于在大棚一侧固定一可转动的支撑杆(8)来替代道轨，支撑杆的一端固定，另一端连接主机。
3、根据权利要求1所述的大棚自走式电动、手动卷帘机，其特征在于在主机上还安装有手把(7)。
