易开栓剂包装壳,由上半壳(3)、下半壳(6)、推杆(2)和上盖(1)组成。上半壳(3)和下半壳(6)由中间环形结合槽(5)处扣紧,上半壳(3)中间有一圆孔,推杆(2)从该孔中穿出,推杆(2)中间有一圆孔,注满栓剂物料后盖紧上盖(1),冷却固化,使用时以食指和中指托住上半壳(5)两侧之托翼(4),拇指推压上盖(1),推杆(2)底部将栓剂推出,使上半壳(3)与下半壳(6)分离,将栓剂取出。

易开栓剂包装壳
本实用新型涉及一种极易打开的栓剂包装壳。
采用已知技术的栓剂生产过程中所使用的灌注及包装容器是由两片塑料或复合塑料薄片经热压吹塑成型，再将栓剂物料注入，热压封口而成。这种容器在使用时由于两片塑料之间经过热压成型致使不易剥离，造成使用不便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种易于开启的一次性栓剂包装壳。
本实用新型的技术方案是：易开栓剂包装壳由上半壳、下半壳、推杆和上盖四个部分组成。由上半壳与半壳在中间环形结合槽处扣紧，上半壳中间有一圆孔，推杆从该孔中穿出，推杆中间有一圆孔，灌注时栓剂物料由推杆中孔注入，注满后将上盖盖紧，冷却固化，从而完成灌注及包装。使用时以食指和中指托住上半壳两侧之托翼，以拇指压上盖，上盖推及推杆，推杆底部将栓剂推出，使上半壳与下半壳分离，将栓剂取出。
本实用新型与采用已知技术的产品相比具有极易开启，方便使用的优点，并可设计出各种不同的外形，突出产品的特点，防止假冒。

参见附图，[1]是上盖，[2]是推杆，[3]是上半壳，[4]是托翼，[5]是环形结合槽，[6]是下半壳。灌注时将推杆[2]装入上半壳[3]然后将下半壳[6]与装入推杆[2]的上半壳[3]在环形结合槽[5]处扣紧，由推杆[2]的中孔加入栓剂物料，盖紧上盖[1]即可。使用时以食指和中指托住上半壳[3]两侧之托翼[4]，以拇指推压上盖[1]，上盖[1]推及推杆[2]，推杆[2]底部将栓剂推出，使上半壳[3]与下半壳[6]分离，将栓剂取出。

1．一种易开栓剂包装壳，其特征在于：它由上半壳[3]、下半壳[6]、推杆[2]和上盖[1]组成，上半壳[3]和下半壳[6]在中间环形结合槽[5]处扣紧，上半壳[3]中间有一圆孔，推杆[2]从该孔中穿出，推杆[2]中间有一圆孔。
