Abstract

本实用新型涉及集装箱施封锁,其特征在于锁套3内腔为三段阶梯孔,其中间小孔为涨圈限制孔,下部大孔内设置堵头1及涨圈2,外壳4上部收口部分呈光滑圆弧状。本实用新型可防止涨圈在受力后偏移,提高抗拉强度2倍以上,外壳圆弧收口,造型美观,可防海上及风雨侵蚀。

施封锁
本实用新型涉及一种锁具,特别是一种用于集装箱施封的施封锁。
现有的施封锁由锁芯和锁套组成,锁套由外壳、套体、涨圈和堵头组成,外壳将锁套包住,锁套内腔为二段阶梯孔,其中一段设置涨圈及堵头,另一段为锁芯导孔,锁芯由该导孔插入,其锥形头部穿过涨圈,使其落入其后面的凹槽中,涨圈外径大于锁芯导孔直径,锁芯不能拔出以达到施封的目的。但在实际使用中经常发生涨圈受力偏移窜动,甚至损坏等现象。针对上述问题进行检索,尚未发现对上述问题相关的技术解决方案。
本实用新型的目的就是针对已有技术中存在的缺点进行结构改进,以避免现有技术中存在的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了下述技术方案:
将套体内腔设置为三段阶梯孔,其中最大的孔设置堵头及涨圈,其次为涨圈限制孔,最后为锁芯导孔,涨圈限制孔直径与涨圈外径相适,以限制涨圈在内窜动。另外,将外壳受口部分制成光滑圆弧状,以防止海水及风雨侵蚀。
由于采用了上述技术方案。使得本实用新型配合严密,防止涨圈受力后偏移,提高抗拉强度2倍以上,另外造型美观,经久耐用。

如图1所示,外壳4内腔中设有套体3,套体3内腔为三段阶梯孔,下面大孔中设有堵头1及涨圈2,中部较小的孔为涨圈限制孔,最上面为锁芯5的导孔,图1所示的状态为锁芯5插到底时,涨圈2卡入锁芯凹槽中的状态,往上拉锁芯则涨圈卡入涨圈限制孔,涨圈2在该孔中呈间隙配合不会窜动。套体3中阶梯孔的细部结构如图2所示,上面孔为锁芯导孔6,中部为涨圈限制孔7,下部为放置堵头的通孔8。外壳4用工程塑料制成,其中部为圆柱体,上部收口部分呈光滑圆弧状。

Claims (2)

1、一种施封锁,它包括锁芯和锁套,锁套由套体、堵头、涨圈和外壳组成,外壳将套体包住,套体内腔为阶梯孔,其中一孔中设置堵头及涨圈,另一孔为锁芯导孔,其特征是在上述两孔之间设置一涨圈限制孔,使套体内腔呈三段阶梯孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的施封锁,其特征在于所述的外壳收口部分呈光滑圆弧状
